I was always hesitant about going in this location and finally visited and was very happy with my experience. The employees are all friendly. I had to speak to a few different ones between looking for an item, browsing, and my checkout process. The employees are also managing such a large influx of people looking through New York branded items. They are so kind and trying to continuously fold and tidy up areas that clearly have a high volume of traffic. The store is clean and very organized with a decent amount of space.

My kids love a&f clothes, and I love the kids design & assortment. Quality is great. My issue is with the store. We went in & they had a BOGO 50% (so, 25% off if you purchase even number of items), but online was 30% off. I know it’s ONLY 5%, but one employee said they would price match, so we waited in line to checkout. Then the checkout lady told me it was the same discount, which it’s not. Then the manager told me they don’t price match their own website. I challenged that an employee told me they would, hence why we waited in line, and she said they’d only price match adult clothes, not kids. Come on. It was a $550 cart, it saved me almost $30 to shop online & get that extra 5% and now y’all have to put it all back, pick for an order & pay to ship it to me. I almost selected pick up in store to walk back in for it. Ridiculous.

My friend and I visited this location today and were looking for a specific pair of pants to purchase as she had already bought the matching top but the pants were sold out completely online. We saw her exact size and fit on the mannequin and told the sales associates that we would like to purchase that size since that was the only one left out of all the stores in the vicinity (let alone that single location). The sales associates were very kind but said that unfortunately their manager wouldn’t allow them to remove the pants from the mannequin. We approached the manager with the dilemma, ready to purchase the pants, and he also denied us claiming they needed to maintain the store’s visuals. I am sure this is not the store’s fault and this mandate probably comes from above, but seriously Abercrombie, this is NOT the way to operate from a customer experience perspective, denying your customers from purchasing your product.

I visited on a busy Friday night and everyone here was so friendly and helpful! I always have to get my jeans in Tall and this location had them in all sizes/fits! Highly recommend stopping by for the NYC branded merch as well.

Please open more stores in Vietnam; many people in our country love your clothing. but there's no way to buy them.

I was going to give it one star but I’m only giving it two stars because the service at the upstairs fitting room was great. The lady with glasses at the fitting room was super nice and attentive. The store standards were not up to par considering the other locations I’ve visited and considering this is their newest store. One person at the register and a huge long line. When I finally got rang up not only did a worker come interrupt the person ringing me up(assuming they were the manager) didn’t say excuse me. They had their own conversation while I waited there for about 10 minutes for her to finish ringing out my 4 items i bought. I tried to engage with the manager that was ringing me out(i know she had to be the manager because she had a chart with coverage and a walkie). I said hi how are you how’s it going? I got no reply back. Couple minutes later she goes, “it’s going”. If these are the individuals that are running your store please reconsider. This specific location did not have the welcoming atmosphere that other locations have.

We loved this store! It’s rather large and has a good selection.
