St. Bartholomew's Church

Beautiful church both inside and out. They seem to do a lot of good work for the community as well. I often see lines of people receiving food.

I walked by St Barts today as we do several times a week since we live in the area. This is a beautiful old church built 100+ years ago but the congregation was founded in 1835. I know they have a lot of outreach programs including feeding the poor. Usually there are a few homeless people sitting on the front steps of on the north side street.

It's a beautiful place to pray and visit. I loved all the architecture and paintings here. The chapel is a haven of peace.

You can always come daily in Manhattan from 5:30-7:00 P.M. / 8:00-8:30 Morning, and receive a package of free prepared meals for those in need of food. Very good food sets, every day a different assortment, sushi, sandwiches, potatoes with chicken meat, ready-made fresh salads. Very kind, helpful, sympathetic, honest believers work here. Absolutely Loved the space, it's like no church I've ever visited in my life. Most conciousnness was put into building this sacred space and was able to feel Holiness and Peace in this crowded and busy city. I recommend both a visit to Saint Bartolomé and Saint Patrick's as you will be able to feel and sense the inspiration and spirit that was the bedrock foundation of NYC. Pictures do not render tribute to the beautiful mosaic's and the inner experience. Visit, visit !

Went here twice to see a show my friend was performing in. Staff were friendly and church is absolutely beautiful. Bathrooms are a little small but do the job!

Great outdoor experience. Lots of great coctail, wine, and food options. Pretty space, and there is a DJ! Nice chill atmosphere. Attentive waitstaff. Our server, Nicole, was sweet and made some good wine/cocktail recommendations. We will definitely return.
