★★★★★Dr. Victor Chiang was my main Orthodontist for getting my Invisalign. My treatment was a little over two years I believe; he gave me an extra Invisalign tray at no extra cost even though it was supposed to end. I finally got got my retainers in late December 2025 or early January of this year. Throughout the two years, I I mainly saw Dr. Chiang but there would be times another Orthodontist would be seeing me. The wait time is usually under 15 minutes. If you are late for your appointment, you may have to wait longer. The front desk are nice.
I had an ACL injury on my right knee after a ski accident. This was the only and major injury i ever had (i’m 34 years old). I was quite scared at the time, unsure of whether to have surgery or not. After visiting many specialists in the New York area, i met Dr Cleeman. From the get go he was able to calm me down, explaining in detail the results of my MRI and treatment options carefully. He did not push surgery on me like other providers did and clearly explained the pros and cons of each alternative treatment options carefully (including non opp alternatives). He also gave me an alternative no other doctor had told me about at the time: ACL repair instead of reconstruction. I ended up having surgery March 2024 with Dr Cleeman and everything went smoothly (my first big major surgery). He was able to fix the issue and my recovery went very well. Today was my last post opp visit (i’m 10 months post surgery) and the knee is feeling great. I’m back at the gym lifting heavy and hope to be back at sport shortly. I am very thankful I met Dr Cleeman, Mike and the rest of the team when i had this injury. Would definitely recommend them for anyone with similar issues. Thanks Doc and team for getting me back to walking and feeling great again!

★☆☆☆☆Don’t waste your time. Its not valued. Second visit wait time was longer than the first. Projected 2 hours past appt time. Scheduling is also deceptive when they cram in patients in 15 minutes intervals. Quantity not quality, I guess.
Doctor appointment themselves are good, but the doctor/surgical coordinator is impossible to reach between appointments. I had a few urgent issues and was not able to hear back 24 hours til 3 days later, which is frustrating.
Kim is the epitome of customer service saying good afternoon and making eye contact while multitasking. Dr. Cleeman took his time, thoroughly went over my results with me, explaining my anatomy with articulated knee model, my options, and coming up with a conservative plan of action With Shantel by my side I feel confident and safe in a clean and professional atmosphere where I am NOT rushed or have surgery pushed!
Incredibly unfortunate that this hospital system has some incompetent staff working there. After months of back n forth with admin staff to get information on my operation, they have continuously underperformed. I have cancelled a procedure and will never use this organization again.
Great experience with Dr. Dushey. Very knowledgeable, great staff, and super quick x-ray processing. Would definitely recommend to a friend! (Great views, too)
I was delighted to meet Dr. Cleeman. He entered the room with a huge smile, as big and as happy as a clown's. This immediately put me at ease. It didn't feel like I was in a doctor's office, at all. Also, the room had been decorated in beautiful hues of purple and lavender, my favorite colors. Even the folders were purple! He was pleasant, very friendly and compassionate. He explained my situation and options in a clear and calm manner.I would highly recommend him for his expertise and his warm smile! I am an RN.
