I don't scare easily and find emersion challenging at most scare events like Freight Fest at 6 flags or local ones I’ve been too. (Van helsing as a kid was the best/scariest though). The detail they put into these galleries are Amazing. At one point I really felt like I was in some old, run down, middle of nowhere, slice of hell. We went for the Valentine’s weekend opening and the turnout was great. I wanted to spend more time inside each gallery but scared guests behind us rushing out made that a little challenging. (Also wanted to be mindful of those in front of us, helps with emersion). Overall this was a wonderful event and would recommend you visit at least once. My Wife screaming her heart out definitely had a smile on my face the whole time through. Happy Haunting!

Fun Fun Hella Fun, well done and totally worth it! The attention to detail is great. From beginning to end it is entertaining and SCARY! Just remember it’s the Valentines Day Event I’m talking about. We haven’t attended the October event yet.

I come every year and it never disappoints! I love the highly detailed sets, the theatrical light and sound design, and the well placed actors. I wish they had more live actors who you can interact with but they put a lot of planning into triggered animations that can give you a good scare. I guess since there are so many animatronics, you get startled by REAL people. This is a very intense and graphic haunt, so I would discourage younger kids who don’t watch slasher films and anyone with a “sensitive“ nature. I appreciate that they try to space out each group. Walking alone in these sets even without actors is super creepy. They technically have 4 attractions but only one entry point. As you finish the one, they queue you for the next one, maintaining spacing between groups as they enter each maze, even if they bunch up during the walk through. The “scream park” is just the attraction in a permanent building site (good if it’s raining) and the adjacent mall parking lot. Good for free, ample parking…bad for party vibes. There are couple of food trucks, a merch and photo stand, one vendor selling themed items from their merchandise van, and porta-potties. Not much atmosphere. So once you’re done with the haunt, there’s not much reason to hang around. I was there late on a weekday early in October, so my wait time was surprisingly short (15 minutes). But I have been here on a weekend and spent over an hour standing in line in a parking lot, next to port-a-potties. Overall a great haunt for someone looking to step up the fear factor or who appreciates show design.

Little to no actors, got uncomfortably close only thing that was scary was how uncomfortable they make you feel. Rude workers. I overheard someone ask if they were going to receive a lanyard she says with an attitude I’m not done. The initial setup is confusing, when you get there you will see 3 spots one of them a for buying pictures, ones for buying tickets, and the others for the entrance. VIP/DIAMOND isn’t worth it, legit no lines. Also it was mainly animatronics!

1st, i want to say that the 2 hour line is part of the experience, so my advice is to make it more fun for the people in the line by adding more roaming ghoulies. 2nd, it would be nice if you had some seats in the line, not everyone has the same level of fitness, plus i saw some teens wearing boots who were in pain. 3rd, maybe we can deploy some heaters since it is very cold. These comments are just my opinions to improve overall experience and opinions vary. While i didn't get scared, it's not your fault as i don't scare easy but a few people in my group were very scared and i enjoyed hearing them scream.

My husband and I actually brought three girls from Japan. That we are hosting for the weekend. I think your staff had as much fun scaring them as they did getting scared. Thank you for a fabulous experience!! I wish I had video of them in there

The entire experience was amazing. Whatever you would find creepy or scary is there. The actors were very creepy. While being respectful. My girlfriend screamed so many times. I thought that she was going to break my fingers from squeezing so hard. Her screams made it entertaining. Whoever does this really has an eye and genuinely cares about the experience
