PEZ Visitor Center

An amazing and very friendly staff greets you and is willing to help you during your entire visit. The place is very clean and all of the history is interesting. I enjoyed the scavenger hunt and filling my little bucket full of whatever PEZ I wanted (for a small additional cost). Everything is reasonably priced (including admission). I highly recommend this little detour if you're passing through.

The PEZ Visitor Center was such a fun experience! I had no idea that PEZ were manufactured in Orange, CT but was so delighted to find out that this center exists. As a child, I remember collecting PEZ dispensers and visiting this place brought out my inner child. It's colorful, fun, and so engaging. The staff were incredible and it was awesome to get to have so many cool keepsakes like a free lanyard and a chance to win an adorable PEZ dispenser through a scavenger hunt. The scavenger hunt made me feel even more present during my visit, and I highly recommend participating even if you're an adult. There were also a lot of great interactive components, and the gift store was also pretty incredible. I loved seeing all the dispensers throughout history, especially the cartoon collections from my favorite series growing up. Overall, I had such a wonderful time here and I think this place is great for kids and families looking to have a unique experience on a budget. I'll definitely visit again when I am in the area! Side notes: There are restrooms in the lobby when you enter and there are spaces on the main level and upstairs where you can sit. There is also an elevator if needed. You can also buy buckets of customized PEZ flavors which I thought was super cool.

This was a very fun place to visit. Admission was only $5 per person, which felt like an incredible value considering everything there was to see and learn. One of the best parts of the experience was the huge variety of PEZ dispensers on display. There seemed to be PEZ from almost every franchise imaginable, ranging from The Wizard of Oz and One Piece to Star Wars and many other popular movies, television shows, comic book characters, and classic icons. It was fascinating to see how many different designs have been created over the years and how the dispensers have changed over time. The factory component of the attraction was also very interesting. Getting to see how PEZ products are made added another layer to the experience and made it feel more interactive than a typical museum visit. Watching parts of the production process helped me appreciate how much work goes into creating the candy and dispensers that so many people collect. Learning about the history of PEZ was surprisingly enjoyable as well. The exhibits explained how the company started, how the brand evolved over time, and how PEZ became such a recognizable collectible around the world. Overall, this is a fun and affordable attraction for people of all ages. Whether you are a longtime collector or simply curious about the brand, there is plenty to see, learn, and enjoy. I would definitely recommend checking it out if you are in the area. Highly recommend

My son loves PEZ candy so I decided to take him. He loved it. Definitely a lot to look at. Maybe spent an hour there. There is a PEZ dispenser that my son loved, you can fill a cute little pale up with candy. Not an all day thing but definitely worth it, if you dont have little ones, you can probably spend more time looking at all the displays. And for the price its definitely worth it. Also, the staff were so nice and happy. Loved it.

Me and my friend Mel (both adults) were driving through Connecticut from New York City on our way to Mystic to go to a dance party our friend Jordan’s stepfather Brian is throwing. We were making great time (we took the Merritt instead of I-95 for the bulk of the trip—a great choice, but that’s a subject for a different review). After rejoining I-95 we saw a sign for the PEZ Visitor Center, and with a little extra time on our hands knew that we absolutely HAD to make the stop. Let me tell ya: we had such a great time at the Visitor Center! We enjoyed all the historical dispensers. Lots of interactive games and activities kept us occupied. The scavenger hunt was so hard! But worth it… (I won’t spoil the surprise). Lots of bang for your buck, tickets are only $5 and you get freebies. During the week you can watch the magic happen on the factory floor—sadly we missed this part, so we will be coming back another time. They also have limited editions dispensers of America’s worst presidents. Stop through and pick one up before they’re all gone! We got William Henry Harrison and Millard Fillmore. There’s only one more Bill Clinton left as of 5/16/26, but there are PLENTY of John Tylers left, for all the JT-heads (pun intended!). We spent about 90 minutes there. We took fun pictures at the photo booth. It appears that there is a birthday party zone/educational area, but there were no events happening while we were there so I recommend calling to confirm if you are looking for that sort of thing. It was truly an afternoon to remember. Run, don’t walk to the PEZ Visitor Center!!!! They are dispensing fun every day of the week. One word of advice: wait to do the trivia until after you’ve gone through the museum, especially if you are going to try it on the expert level.

We were very impressed by our experience here. For only $5 a person, we got great value out of our visit. The scavenger hunt was worth doing, even as adults - it made us investigate every case without just blowing through glancing at all the dispensers. You get $2 store credit per person and many PEZ dispensers were for sale for $2.49, so we purchased two for $1 at the end. For completing the scavenger hunt we each spun a wheel to win two more dispensers.

Fun interactive visitors center that adults even like! They have a bingo game for a prize, trivia and matching games. Manufacturing is done here - 100,000 packages of pet per shift! Fun spot for all ages and souvenirs are VERY affordable!

Sooooo much fun! It’s $5/adult and $4/child and each ticket gives you a $2 credit for the gift shop. You get a lanyard for free and if you complete the scavenger hunt you get to spin for a free pez. They also have interactive games to play, a photo op to turn yourself in a PEZ dispenser and you can view the factory as they work. The kids had a blast and so did I!
