Trumbull Mall

It's a wonderful Mall. Everything you could want and I've always loved the shopping mall experience. But as with most malls, parking can occasionally be a little bit confusing to get to the point you want inside the most quickly. There is one parking lot in particular the underground one near Target where I've witnessed shopping carts going at over 20 mph, apparently just from wind, then and hitting parked cars.

Been going for a while and I’m really in love with it, it’s SO much bigger than my childhood mall, and the food is amazing. I’m planning to go there with my friends on my birthday, so I just know we’re gonna have a good time!

Wow, this mall is one of the most fun I’ve visited in the area! Tons of stores to explore, so you can really spend hours just browsing. The food court is big, clean, and has something for everyone—perfect for grabbing a bite mid-shopping. But the highlight? They had a bungee trampoline thing! So exciting, and something my usual go-to malls like Westfarms or Manchester just don’t have. It really makes the place feel unique and fun. The vibe is lively without being overwhelming, and it’s a great spot for families, kids, or just friends hanging out. Between the shopping, the food, and the unexpected fun activities, it’s one of those spots that makes a day out feel special. Definitely planning to come back soon!

I don’t understand how this mall has such high ratings. It’s easily one of the worst in Connecticut . A huge number of stores are closed. it honestly feels like over half. and the place is hot, dirty, and not maintained. The AC doesn’t work, so it’s humid with no air flow while walking around. Bathrooms and seating areas are filthy, and many stores are either empty, understaffed or dealing with issues like broken gates. Even during peak hours most businesses had NO customers. Aside from the anchor stores and Cheesecake factory, there’s nothing to do here. The whole place is neglected and depressing. Go to Milford mall instead

Maybe the property owner still isn’t paying their bills or something because there never seems to be air-conditioning. I think they want to get us used to the fact that they may be shutting down which would be a major tragedy like it would be really horrible thing. hope somebody buys it and just remodels and add some updated stores and things that people could come and do like there used to be. It’s always really hot and still has a lot of customers.!

I usually enjoy visiting Trumbull Mall, but one store, Made by Hand Crystal completely ruined our experience. On a quiet Monday morning, the store was empty, yet the staff member refused to let us in unless we paid $20 per person to “skip the line,” even though there was no line or anyone inside. He then told us to visit other stores and made strange, uncomfortable comments about “negative energy.” It was one of the most unprofessional interactions I’ve ever had in a retail space. This kind of behavior reflects badly on the entire mall and its management. I hope the mall seriously reviews this tenant, no customer should be treated this way. Later, when I looked up the store online, I found many other 1-star reviews describing the exact same behavior, which confirmed that our experience wasn’t unique.

One of the nice CT Malls that still has stores left in it. Clean, and well stocked. The food court has some really great options, try the crepe spot.

I really like this mall. It has my favorite clothing stores, department stores, electronics, jewelry, everything anyone could need. It has playgrounds for children, a wonderful Japanese restaurant, and several other options in the food court.
