Amazing barbershop! I’ve been coming here for years, and they always do a great job with my hair. Josef is a great barber and a great person, he makes you feel at home and really focuses on giving you the best result.

I love this barbershop! The team of guys here are diverse and friendly - they have the technical skills to cut a wide array of men's hair textures and are welcoming of clientele of any background. The aura here is like the traditional shops of our youth without yesterday's toxic culture hangups. Music is kept at a comfortable level, its very clean and well-lit, and the prices are reasonable. I prefer to call in advance for my appts however in a pinch I've seen many walk-ins accommodated. The reviews here are legit!

Been going here and getting cut by Jacob for years, and I'm confident that nobody has cut my hair as well as he has in my lifetime. Always fun in the shop, super conveniently located in the East Village, and I've been cut by the other barbers here too—all great. Go to B&H!

Went to 6 barbershops in nyc since being here for a year - no one can fade and cut the top, Joseph can do both. Very particular with my hair as a soccer player. Atmosphere is great and they will look after you, great customer service

Great spot. Nathan gave me a great cut a few weeks ago. I walked in with long messy hair, he cleaned me up and did exactly what I described.

So i thought I had been getting a decent haircut until I was schooled by Joseph. He took the time to show me where the last Barber had made mistakes and asked me each step exactly how I wanted my hair cut. He isn't just a barber, he is an Artist that cares greatly for his craft. I've been searching for the right barber since mine retired about a year ago and it hasn't been easy but I think I finally found the right person. Also one of the least expensive places around. Oh and if you like whiskey he has that also included with the service. Great place. Awesome vibe. 😁.....9/30/20..just a little update and some new pictures. I've been going to Joseph now for almost a year and have never been disappointed. Each time my haircut looks better than the last. If you need someone who will listen to how you want your hair done and then sculpt your hair exactly how you want it then you need Joseph. Best prices and best barber in NYC!!! Still going in 2024.
