Very knowledgeable staff and helpful guidance concerning information about expertise in handling tax preparation. It is pricey but if they can deliver on what they described to help me, then it will be well worth the price. The gentleman I consulted with was kind and answered all the questions I asked. I'm hopeful about getting the tax help I need so I don't have to worry about my non profit.

Truly cannot recommend this service to anyone. They took so long to complete my tax return with almost no communication. It’s just not worth the money. When I called to cancel, the associate pressured me to give him a better reason that I wanted to cancel when I stated “I’ve decided to go with an alternative” and then literally hung up on me after the subscription was cancelled. Bad vibes all around honestly.

Awesome, Ms. Virginia was concise and articulated answers with percision. We had a full comprehension of the things she shared amd even broke down the next steps for us to accomplish in comprehendible bits. She is a gem of a person and employee! Thank you once again for such a pleasant experience!

UPDATE: I would give negative stars if I could. I initially said they were very informative, and they were. Too bad what they said was straight lies. Not even misleading, blatant lying. I said in my last review that there was an immediate assumption that I would choose them, immediately asking how I wanted to pay at the end of the session, which should have been my first red flag. They told me what the "regular" price was, and informed me that I was getting a discount. Come to find out that they charged me over $400 MORE than what is advertised on their site, so clearly there was no discount despite being referred by Legal Zoom who they have an agreement with. They made it seem like communication would be so easy, and it's been absolutely horrific. I submitted my information on 4/2 and they said they have "15 days" to complete the taxes, requiring me to file an extension, which is fine, but as of today (4/15) I don't even have someone assigned to do them. Then I called for a refund and they told me there are no refunds after 30 days. Crazy how you can't find out how horrible they are before that, so they pull a fast one on you. Over $3000 later with "services" for a year, and they've done absolutely nothing. DON'T DO IT!

My initial call with Ed was great. He put me at ease knowing that they can help me with my business and tax savings. All of this is overwhelming and it has put a tremendous relief knowing I have someone to handle everything.

I do not recommend this service for small businesses. The person who sold me the product did a bait and switch. He used scare tactics to pressure the sale. After I purchased, I asked my 1-800Accountant about the forms they would submit on my behalf and he had no clue what I was referring to. When I asked to get the sales rep back on the phone with me to discuss the services he sold me, they completely ignored my request. I submitted a case and someone said they would look into it. I emailed the case manager over the course over a week and I got crickets. When I tried to call, I would always get her voicemail. When I requested to cancel my service within the 30 day trial period because of the utter lack of communication surrounding my concerns, they only refunded partial amount. I am highly disappointed in this service and do not recommend it to any small business owners. Find a local service or other competitor as these people are not concerned with your success.

Beware new small businesses! These Google reviews are inflated by the survey that the company sends to your email after the sales cold call, or after the onboarding call once you're signed up. If you read each 5-star review closely, you'll notice that many of them address how the SALES or ONBOARDING rep dealt with them in the moment. Fewer reviews seem to address the quality of accounting services after months/years of use. Here’s what happened to us: My husband and I opened an LLC using LegalZoom last month and have evaded much of the bombardment that ensues from companies selling certificates, loans, etc. Last week, we got a call from an unknown number. The caller stated that through LegalZoom, we were entitled to a free consultation for tax services. We got on a video call with a “tax specialist” who showed us a polished slideshow and informative presentation about how much we could save on business taxes. Since we had been searching for our best option for accounting, we were pulled in. The sales rep explained that we had limited time to elect S-corp status for a tax break. He took our combined income to show us an exercise for saving on another type of tax. He explained their whole ecosystem being tied together between the accountants, the digital platform and the app, and we could have up to weekly calls with their accountants. At the end of the presentation, he gave us a quote, explaining that we were receiving a 40% discount as LegalZoom users. The total looked pretty steep to me at $3,400 but since we were desperate to get our financials organized from the get-go, we gave him our credit card info and went through with the purchase. At the very end, he asked us to kindly fill out the quick survey he’d sent to my email. Only then did we do our cursory online research. Reading Reddit and Google reviews, we realized that we had agreed to something shaky and expensive before our tiny business was even off the ground. The quoted price, which was offered with no alternatives, was likely derived from our income that we had given away. The website itself had alternative price options and tiers, which had not been mentioned in the call. The “tax specialist” was a sales rep, but it seemed as if he were a CPA, and finally, as I stated before, the positive reviews are all nebulous enough that it’s easy to read them as reviews of the sales call, NOT actual reviews of services. We decided right away to cancel since we felt rather gypped, and it took a few days to get in touch after multiple emails and phone calls with three different people in different departments. We did get a full refund, which is a positive. I cannot speak about the services at all because we decided to cancel so quickly, so don’t read this as a review of quality. This is simply a cautionary tale to look into this company before they nab you on the sales call.

Total lack of attention when there are issues that you bring up: I started a case several weeks ago that has been “escalated to management”. Still no call from a manager to address my concerns. Every person I have talked to said they put in more notes and requested a manager to contact me but I have not received any communication. I have had to call in multiple times to no avail. As a small business, to make a significant investment in their services you would think they would be more attentive to complaints but I guess they just want to take your money and run without ever ensuring client satisfaction. Would give 0 stars if I could. Edit: When you complain, they send you a lengthy email that seems AI/ChatGPT generated and then you respond to it requesting an anticipated follow up time and they don’t respond! I guess I’ll just wait for my “account review” while they’re busy sweeping it under the rug anticipating that you’ll just go away without any resolution. 👏👏👏 stellar customer service!!! Edit again: Still waiting for a follow up! Beyond frustrated at this point so I called in again and told them I wanted to cancel. I have been actively on hold for 2 hours with their customer service agent waiting for someone in their billing department to pick up the phone as I’m typing this! They close in 20 minutes so I already know that they’re just waiting for the end of the day to delay this even further!
