We had a phenomenal experience at Bloody Mary’s! I called Bloody Mary to ask about her offerings for my sister’s bachelorette party and I’m so glad that I did! The planning process was seamless, prices totally reasonable, and we had the most amazing evening participating in a voodoo ceremony, ghost hunt, and tour of the city. Bloody Mary was reassuring about changes in the weather and flexible (she moved our walking tour to a van tour when it started raining and dropped us off at dinner!) Bloody Mary was welcoming, informative, attentive not only to the bride but of the full group in answering questions and including everyone in each part of the evening. She’s a grounding presence! The museum is full of interesting items, the ghost hunt was a phenomenal experience, and the tour was so interesting and informative. And the store is full of amazing items at great prices. Don’t miss the chance to stop by Bloody Mary’s on your trip to NoLa

Unforgettable experience. I did the self-guided tour and also joined the Sinners, Saints & Secrets tour with Mary, and she truly made it. She’s engaging, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable. Felt like getting the inside story of the city rather than a typical tour. Highly recommend her specifically if you want something memorable. Check out her haunted attic. She has a side you can shop in with dolls and other items. Will be back!

Very unique spot with a creepy vibe. You can take a self guided tour throughout this over 200 year old building. It’s you’re into the paranormal and spooky things, this place might be for you.

this place was cute, and had a lot of info, the guided tour for 10 bucks was a treat, and the doll room creeped me OUT! Take a spin through the history of New Orleans Voodoo and Haunts and watch out for ghosts!!!!!

My friends and I came on friday at around 430. We had a really good time and looked around saw the different dolls and coffins and artifacts. All really cool! When I went upstairs I started getting that feeling like we were not alone, not in a horrible way but enough to make me nervous. My legs also felt heavy and my friends felt like there chests were a little tight. I also decided to shove my head in the crawl space area up there to see what's in there. Felt something touch my foot but it could have been my own imagination since I was scared. Over all a fun thrilling time and when I looked through my photos that I was gunna post to facebook I caught some weird fog looking thing behind my friend at the museum. Still not sure what it could be but It sure is weird!

This was fantastic. I was excited to go and it was so much more than I anticipated. Learned many things at the seance. I was trying to reach granda, who came through for Mary was definitely my Oma. After that was a paranormal experience. Unbelievable! I have been to Zak Baggens haunted museum in Vegas, it was great but this was like that magnified 10 times over. Thank you Bloody Mary for the memorable experience ever. I'll be back, my sister wants to come next time.

If you're looking for a company retreat activity that's actually memorable, book a private experience with Bloody Mary. We had the entire haunted museum to ourselves — a private tour, and a voodoo doll creation ceremony that she led us through where everyone on the team got involved. We blessed our company aggregate spirit's doll in her private courtyard, and she also did individual tarot readings for each person. It was perfectly visceral in the best way and genuinely brought us closer together in a way that karaoke or trivia night never could. And this was for a group of almost 20 people — she handled it beautifully. We also did a shrimp boil with her chef, which was delicious — next time I'd request to eat outside in the courtyard rather than indoors, because the space is beautiful. The artifacts throughout the museum all carry protection spells, so you don't have to worry about anything following you out. What really stood out was how personal the experience felt. We mentioned the night before that someone on the team had a birthday, and Mary had a cake ready for them. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare. If you want something niche, visceral, and genuinely special in New Orleans, this is it.

Overall highly recommend this museum if you're curious in the spooky histories of NOLA. The museum covers a wide array of NOLA history, spooky stories, cryptids, and more. Great place to go before a ghost story tour in the evening. The audiotour is a little difficult to navigate on the phone and understanding what you're supposed to do first, but if you are go with the flow, the space is great. The audiotour also advertises a LOT of other events you can do at the space, which isn't great if you're only there for a short time like we were. But if I was living in NOLA I might attend more events.
