I went to an event they were having this past weekend not expecting to drive away in anything, but just to see where I stand. They didn’t give up on me, called me back yesterday and got me into a brand new 2026 Ram 1500! I couldn’t believe it! Incredible staff and very friendly service! Tony T fam thank you all so much! David and the manger did a fantastic job . It was the best experience of buying a truck . Everyone there at the dealership listened , all the way to The financing man . Everyone was friendly, The environment was very clean. They even had enough patience for my hyperactive child. I absolutely love the new truck and got the best deal then anyone else I had gone to .

Terrible service all around. Brought my truck in for service. Got the run around all week about the status on my vehicle, at first they ordered the wrong parts which only delayed the wait even longer. I was first told my service would be covered by warranty only to have them call me later and say it was not!! A rental was not offered until two days before they returned my truck. (After almost a full week of not having a vehicle btw) Even when getting the rental, the Rental girl was super unwelcoming and rude to us. When we finally picked up the truck at service we expressed our frustrations about the run around all week and we even tried to negotiate the 1200 price, the rep kept saying “Oh sorry about that, yeeeeah sorry about that. So sorry about thaaat, uh huh sorry about that” You can tell they haaaaate their jobs here. From head to toe, worst customer experience ever!!!

I saw the exact truck spec I was looking for online with Tony T and I inquired about. Dominic, my salesman reached out right away and offered to pick me up in the new truck and take me to lunch (sounds like good service to me). I told him I found a better deal at another dealership and him and his manager David matched it before I ever stepped in the door. Everything went smooth from the test drive, to negotiations, to finance. I told them exactly what I wanted for out the door price and for my trade and they made it work. The General Sales Manager Jonathan Williams, thanked me and gave me a hug and made me feel appreciated for my purchase. After I bought the truck and drove home I noticed there was an error on my contract and I notified them, they were very attentive and fixed it right away so I can’t be upset about it. Thank you Dominic, David and Jonathan! Proud new owner of a 2026 Ram 1500 Laramie.

We got the car we wanted and finished up in 4 hours. As long as you know what you are willing to pay, it’s easy. Clefton was reasonable and worked with what we wanted.

Give this dealership and the team the chance they deserve!!! I purchased a vehicle here under the previous ownership to say less it was terrible. I’m big on giving second chances and I’m sure glad I did. Daniel (sales rep) took care of business from the jump and did a great job from start to finish. Jacob (sales manager) was second to none, he made the process easy while getting me the best deal he could. He made his rounds with each customer to personally shake their hands to ensure they were welcome… to me that speaks volume. This was a complete 180 from my previous experience. Like I said above give this dealership and team the opportunity they deserve to help.
