Clean, well-maintained and super helpful staff. Came here to donate some items and they had lots of volunteers on hand to help unload cars and help expedite the process. Took a look around and they seem fully stocked with a variety of household items like decor, furniture, and hardware. Worth a visit to donate or check it out if you are in the area

There are way better locations across the country. Seems to be a very neglected locatoin and not a single associate in sight. Some of the pricing didnt even make sense either.

On 3/19/2026, I went around midday to shop at your store and was treated poorly, mainly by your manager and cashier. During the week, I made purchases totaling around $2,000; I am a frequent customer. I asked for a discount on a broken piece of furniture that was even missing its drawers. I was interested in it only to use the wood. One of the authorized employees gave me a discount, but when I got to the register, the manager did not accept it. After some bargaining, he gave me a different, higher price, and I paid. The problem was not the discount—it was the treatment. The manager never looked at me, ignored me, and at one point turned his back on me and kept talking about us, calling us crazy and laughing, thinking I didn’t understand English. When we paid, the cashier again spoke poorly to her coworker, and when she noticed I was looking at her, she began to hide her face so she could keep complaining about the employee who had given me the discount on the broken furniture. I believe there is a serious lack of ethics in that store, starting with the manager.

Eveything overpriced! I USED to visit the location at Nasa Rd when was open and the had good deals at all times, but now at this all their prices for their used stuff is noth worth a visit, I get better deals at Garage sales...This was my 2nd and last visit.

I dropped off several items, was disappointed that they don't accept blinds, also it seems like you need to bring someone with you to help unload your donations. Also tried several times to arrange pick up but was not successful, not sure why I couldn't accomplish this. I would also a better means of receiving a donation letter.

They have very needed home improvement items and they price most of their donated items at can't-beat-em prices.

Went there looking for my hot water heater, I knew it was going to be priced right. They didn't have a hot water heater 😔 I was able to find some items for a friend. Good customer service a plus. So I'll be back ! I finally got this hung, I purchased this light fixture at a low price, just thought I would share this with you !
