Supernova Furniture

Decided to start shopping for a new dining table instead of ordering online. I was honestly price shopping and they had the table I wanted as well. Customer service was great start to finish. They gave me a really good deal and I’m satisfied thus far how my experience has been. Set up and delivered in the time frame they told me. No complaints I love my table thank you again

I was initially excited about Supernova Furniture because their furniture is beautiful and some pieces can be customized. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The store gives the impression that you are purchasing brand-new furniture, but when my order was delivered it was clearly not new. It appeared to have been sitting in a warehouse for a long time or possibly used as a showroom/display piece. I then had to go through a frustrating process of proving that the furniture was not new, with a lot of unnecessary back-and-forth with customer service before they finally replaced it. Another issue is their third-party delivery service. The delivery team did not communicate well in English, which made the process confusing, and some of the workers were rude and unprofessional. When customers are spending this much money on furniture, that type of delivery experience is unacceptable. Eventually I did receive the new custom furniture I originally paid for, but it took far too much time and effort to get what should have been delivered correctly the first time. Beautiful furniture, but very poor customer service and delivery experience. Buyer beware.

Found some great peices for my home office. Service was great, they were patient and accommodating. Thank you Supernova.

I wanted to wait and see if my feelings would change but they are getting worse. I purchased 6 chairs and a sofa. The chairs are perfect which is the reason why they got one star. The sofa is the main attraction and I’m very disappointed. I received my sofa damaged and because it is a very light sofa you could spot it from a mile away. Everything else on the sofa was good except the one spot. Calling the warehouse is liking calling someone who owes you money. But once you get someone they are pleasant. No hassle to return for repair. Repair took longer than it took to make the couch the first time. Once I got my sofa back, it was very wrinkly and dingy looking. Original damage was fixed but the sofa is not clean. I didn’t even bother with another call to them because i was just over it. I hate my sofa. And no, no one has set on it, it’s for decoration only.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Please avoid this place at all costs. Stick with American furniture warehouse or mattress Mac. You might pay more, but it will do you better in the long run. These salesman will lie to you to secure a sale then leave you without your furniture.

Do not get any furniture from here. I regret it!! The guys delivered my furniture. They didn’t deliver my night stand. I told them, they rushed to leave and and fanned me off because I had questions, they said they will let their manager know. I call the store the lady transferred me to the warehouse, nobody answered. I called again the lady saying why I didn’t call Saturday and she don’t know when I’ll get my night stand. Do not go here. So basically I’ll be paying for something I don’t have!!!!!!

i would totally recommend pat rendon to help with purchases, came in with 0 credit she’s helping me and my boyfriend build credit worked prices with us , made the whole process super easy and stress free , super sweet ! will be coming back for dinner table !!

Absolutely outstanding experience, jesus was a great help and ushered me through the whole process to pick the best furniture for me and my family all while giving us outstanding customer service and price !!! 10/10 recommend and will be coming back in the future !
