Chris did a wonderful job. He fixed our ac capacitor The same day and within 15-30 minutes and it cost us $528 with a 5-year warranty. We were dying of heat and he came out quickly and handled everything professionally and was very kind and amazing. We truly appreciate him and the cool air.

Kevin Dellolio from Mr. Reliable Heating & Air was absolutely outstanding! I see why this company has such good reviews. From the moment he arrived, he was personable, professional, and genuinely took the time to educate me about my HVAC system instead of just rushing through the appointment. He answered the million questions I had with patience and understanding. I learned more during this visit than I have from any previous HVAC service call. What impressed me most was that he didn't come in trying to sell me new equipment. Before he even looked at the units, he asked about the size of my home so he could understand what we were working with. He thoroughly inspected both systems, identified that our upstairs unit was very low on refrigerant, changed one of our filters, pointed out that we were missing service caps on both units, and gave practical recommendations to improve performance without pressuring us into expensive replacements. He also explained how our zoned HVAC system works, including that one of the vents I assumed was downstairs is actually supplied by the upstairs unit. He answered every question I had with patience and never made me feel like I was asking a dumb question. Unfortunately, I've had HVAC technicians in the past who were dismissive or seemed more interested in selling than educating. Kevin was the complete opposite. His years of experience were obvious, and I felt like I could trust both his knowledge and his recommendations. Because of this experience, I've already signed up for the annual maintenance plan, and I honestly hope Kevin is the technician who comes back for every future service. He's earned my trust, and I would specifically request him for any maintenance or repairs going forward. If you're looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and personable HVAC technician who will educate you and help you make informed decisions instead of trying to upsell you, I highly recommend asking for Kevin.

Austin arrived within an hour and was professional, knowledgeable, and straightforward throughout the visit. He took the time to explain the issue in a way that was easy to understand and answered all of my questions clearly. Edgar was very processional and friendly in his work, it was great having him to get the job done. Off note, Andre Tolentino was also friendly and knowledgeable in his field of work. He service my unit twice and did not remember to leave a review. I just wanted to let you all know that these two staff are remarkable and thank for your service.

Danny did a great job assessing my situation and getting the drain working properly. The repair took 10-15 minutes so $250 for a drain flush seemed steep but since it was July 4th, I was more concerned about getting someone here. Danny also did a good job explaining some ways to make both A/Cs run better so I will look into that as well.
