I just wanted to take a minute to rate my experience at Don McGill Toyota over the past 4 years. As you can see I gave it 5 Stars. There was ALWAYS a very smooth process from beginning to end every time I’ve went. More specifically I would like give high praise to my salesman, John Handy. Not only is he genuine, but also a true professional. His 13 years of knowledge and experience in auto sales was far superior to that of the salesman that encountered at other dealerships in the past before discovering Don McGill Toyota. His approach is quite relaxed and there has never been pressure from him at all so we’re always able to make a good deal like I have the 3 times I’ve been to this dealership. So thank you John! Finally, this would not have been possible without the help of Finance Manager Alyssa May. Thank you for your patience and for wrapping the deal up.

Drove in to the parking lot and was met by a young man named Josue. He introduced me to Spencer and together we got to know each other. They really helped me out on chosen the right vehicle for me. I met Mr Marcus McPherson who is just one down to earth gentleman. Later I learned he is a sales manager. Thank you Don McGill Toyota, you have an awesome sales team!

I had a great experience buying my car here. The process was quick, smooth, and honestly way less stressful than I expected. My salesman, Diego, was extremely helpful and worked with me to get the price exactly within the budget I wanted. He was transparent, patient, and made sure I understood everything throughout the process. Only con is they didn’t have a bow on the car after (lol I’m kidding). Definitely will be coming here again.

I recently purchased a Grand Highlander from Don Mcgill. Kinsly and Abdullah were very helpful and understood what we were looking for in our new vehicle. I personally had a lot of fun with them two from the test driving to the delivery of the vehicle. They answered any and all questions we had and made sure our car had everything we wanted. While several employees walked right past us, Fernando was the only one who broke away from the group he was with to actually approach my friend and me to see if we needed anything. After driving the same car for 13 years, I was ready for something solid and reliable. I told Fernando exactly what I was looking for, and he recommended the Corolla Cross XLE. It was the perfect suggestion. I ended up purchasing a beautiful blue one and couldn't be happier with the choice. Fernando was a total professional—knowledgeable, patient, and not pushy at all.
