Seydou and his team were fantastic from start to finish. We started doing business via phone and text since I live 7 hours away. He was great about sending me pictures and texts to reassure me that the QX60 I was looking at was in excellent condition (it is a 2025 CPO vehicle). He was completely honest and thorough and met every one of my expectations. He followed through with all of my (many, many, many) requests and had excellent communication with me. If he didn’t know the answer to something, he was honest and utilized his company’s resources to find out the answer in a timely manner. I have had several negative past experiences at other dealerships and he has restored my faith that there are still some honest car dealerships. We actually almost bought my teenager a vehicle there too the same day but, only because of the specific vehicle not meeting all of our needs, we chose not to pursue that one. When I am in the market for my next car, I will be happy to travel another 7 hours to be a repeat customer!

Ken communicated clearly throughout the process, addressed all requested maintenance items, and ensured the vehicle was returned in excellent operating condition. The car handles much better after replacing the front struts, and the overall ride quality and stability have noticeably improved. Pain free process, fair and TRULY transparent pricing. No hidden add-ons, no nonsense. The price you see is the price you get (plus taxes, title, etc.) My salesman, Dwayne, did a perfect job. He didn't push a sale. He did not try to force a purchase. He guided me to my purchase. That's a critical distinction that many sales people tend to miss. I came in, test drove a couple of vehicles, and left with one the same day. The finance team also did not push for add-ons. They gave me the warranty and protection options and accepted that I did not want to purchase X, Y, or Z and we moved on. The folks I interacted with were all professional, experienced, and quick.
