Sales associate very helpful finding the right filter and quickly got me out of the store with TG everything I needed. Very knowledgeable. I get all of my pool and hit tub supplies at tutus Majestic store!! Great Job!!

I normally don't post things like this, but after almost a full year of trying to get a resolution, I feel it's important to share my experience so others are aware. I purchased my hot tub from Majestic Pool and Spa, which is a Calspa dealer. My spa is still under warranty, yet the entire inside surface has developed bubbling and damage to the clear coat. Despite this being a known warranty issue, l've spent nearly a year going back and forth between Majestic Pool and Spa and Calspa - and still, no one has taken responsibility or provided a fix. As a paying customer, I expected much better support from both the dealer and the manufacturer. It's disappointing to see how difficult it's been to get either company to stand behind their product and warranty. If you're considering purchasing a spa from Majestic Pool and Spa or Calspa, I highly recommend doing your research and understanding how warranty issues are handled — because based on my experience, you may be left waiting indefinitely for help. I truly hope that by sharing this publicly, these companies finally take action to resolve this ongoing issue.

Lance knows everything there is to know about hot tubs and parts, errors, etc. He was very helpful! Robin, although a little short but she was busy, got me what I needed for my pool. Nathan was super sweet cashing me out and helpful with other pool things I needed.

I recently purchased a hot tub from Tim at Majestic Pools in Lancaster, NY, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Tim knows his stuff and took the time to explain everything clearly so I could make the right decision. No pressure, just honest guidance and real knowledge about the products. Tim is not just a salesman to me, he is also a friend. That made the whole experience even better because I know the kind of person he is and the level of integrity he brings to his work. He genuinely cares about taking care of people and making sure they are happy with what they buy. I always purchase my supplies from here after getting my hot tub from here. But I will never be back I came in and they said they were closed so I said it was online that close is 8pm. Rather then leaving it at that, he wanted me to prove it and shoved his phone in my face saying I was wrong. How do you treat customers that way or was it just because I was not spending 5k dollars today. You need to do better and if your closed why would you be outside the building talking to a customer then bringing the stuff in. I would shop elsewhere and if you’re considering them think twice because they are not customer forward or appreciative of a repeat customer.
