The tour was amazing. Well put together and the tour guides were charming, funny and full of knowledge. It’s 2hours long, we ran over a tiny bit but we got to see all the houses including Elena’s which included a photo op on the porch and swing (only included in tour). We got to go into the Lockwood mansion grounds and see the garden. The owners popped out and were willing to answer any questions we had. Water and ponchos are provided before the tour in case of rain. Worth the money with the amount of stops, photo opportunities and vampire knowledge. Thank you to the team who truly made the experience great :)

It’s a must do if you’re a Vampire Diaries fan! Lauren, our tour guide, was knowledgeable, funny and has many stories to tell about her encounters with the actual cast! The fact that we were able to get VIP access to the Lockwood Mansion, meet one of the owners and take pictures through their beautiful grounds was amazing!! High recommended 😍

We had the absolute best time on our tour, it did not disappoint. Lauren & Presley are the most fun tour guides.. I would recommend anyone who is a fan of TVD to book the tour. You will learn some new and interesting things… lots of laughs and unforgettable memories made!

Our group arrived in Mystic Falls less as fans and more as… a small academic coven of vampire scholars, which I suspect threw the tour guide slightly off their script. We were asking about lore, adaptations, and vampire historiography when they were perhaps expecting more “Where did Elena stand?” energy. There was a hint of polite confusion on both sides. That said, the tour itself is genuinely thrilling. You see so many iconic locations up close, and there’s something undeniably electric about standing in spaces that have been so central to The Vampire Diaries universe. Even for those of us who approach vampires through theory as much as fandom, it still lands. Hard. The guides clearly know the show inside and out, and while we may have tested the boundaries of their usual audience, they kept things engaging, moved us along at a good pace, and made sure we didn’t miss anything important. There’s a lot packed in, and it never feels rushed. Final verdict: whether you’re a die-hard fan or a slightly overenthusiastic academic with too many questions about vampire mythology, it’s absolutely worth it. Also, for the record… I’m Team Damon. Always. 🩸

This tour was amazing. Skylar and (i think this is her name) Presley were the best tour guides EVER. They were both super sweet and funny. And it was pretty hot, so they made it 100x better. I definitely recommend them as tour guides. They also explain a lot and shared great experience story’s. You should go check this tour out!

If you’re a fan of Vampire Diaries or want some fun sights to see, please do the tour! Run by real fans of the show, it’s staff are very fun, kind, and interactive. Plenty of opportunities for pictures, questions, and merch throughout your time here. Even if group tours aren’t your thing, it’s worth it if you’re a fan and want some extra sights that aren’t just Vampires Diaries locations!

I recently did a Mystic Falls tour in Covington, Georgia and honestly had a really good time overall. The tour itself was super thorough and you can tell they really know their stuff. They shared a lot of cool, interesting facts that were very specific to the show and the filming, which I really appreciated as a fan. It didn’t feel generic at all, there was a lot of detail and behind-the-scenes info. That being said, there were a couple things that took away from the experience a bit. The jokes started to feel really repetitive after a while. They kept reusing the same ones, especially the Matt Donovan joke, which came up over and over again. It was funny at first, but after hearing it so many times it got a little tiring. Also, one of the guides, I think her name was Lauren, came off a bit rude at times, which kind of threw off the vibe. Overall, the content of the tour was great and I’m glad I went, but between the repeated jokes and the occasional attitude, it ended up feeling a little draining by the end.
