In both instances the systems had reached the end of their mechanical life, however both Chris and Randy navigated the process of assessing the units and their condition with great precision, made recommendations for short and long-term solutions, and patiently answered all of our questions in full, taking the time to carefully explain the many complexities of the systems. Additionally, All Temp responded quickly to our service call requests and follow-up inquiries. We highly recommend All Temp for any heating and air-conditioning needs. Rick was extremely helpful with getting my AC reinstalled. It had to be moved so that I could install a patio and they came out during the hottest week of the year when they were very busy to reinstall it for me. He was very responsive and on top of it. I also want to mention the technicians-Art and Randy- who were very nice and both did a great job as well! I highly recommend them for any and all HVAC needs.

Brenden A. was absolutely outstanding! He was professional, honest, thorough, and took the time to explain everything in detail so I fully understood what was going on with my air conditioner. My AC was not blowing cold air, and instead of trying to pressure me into buying a new unit, Brenden carefully diagnosed the problem and fixed it correctly.
I really appreciated that he did not try to upsell me or recommend unnecessary repairs. After having a terrible experience with a much larger HVAC company that immediately tried to sell me a whole new system, Brenden ’s honesty and integrity were incredibly refreshing.
