Papa Ray's Pizza and Wings

After a long day of filming, our crew could count on Papa Ray’s to serve it up hot. It was totally worth the wait whether you’re taking to go or dining in! 🍕🎬

Basically everything lacked flavor. The pizza was watery, Mac and cheese was “meh.” Ordering online for pickup automatically adds a tip you need to remove - really don’t like it when business do that! Why am I tipping for pickup, you’re literally a food joint doing your job?!? The gentleman working the counter was friendly.

Me and my family came in for dine in and it was an incredible experience! The food was incredible and the staff made us feel like we are in the right place. Everyone was super friendly and the food was made to perfection! I recommend papa rays to all my friends and family and we all keep coming back!

I’ve been coming to this spot since 2016 — that’s nine years of loyalty. Back then, their suicide wings were unbelievably spicy and so worth the drive. Over the years, though, both the flavor and the service have gone downhill, and this past Saturday night really confirmed it. My grandma is visiting from out of town and wanted these wings one last time before she left, so we made the 40-minute drive. I even placed my order 20 minutes before arriving, thinking it would be ready or close to ready. When we got there, the lady at the counter told me it’d be about 15 minutes, which I understood — but 15 minutes turned into over 35 minutes, while people who ordered after me got their food first. When I asked about my order, the cashier tried to get the cooks’ attention, but they completely ignored her. She apologized and said it might take another 15 minutes. Frustrated, I went up to the cooks myself, and one of them told me my food would be ready in about three minutes. So I waited again. While I was talking with my grandma about how disappointed I was, a man nearby (who I thought was just a regular customer) overheard and asked what was wrong. I told him I’d ordered a while ago and was still waiting. Not long after that, my food finally came out — but there was no apology, no acknowledgment for the delay, and no accountability. After driving 40 minutes each way and waiting over 30 minutes in-store, it felt like they’d forgotten my order altogether. To top it off, the wings just aren’t the same anymore — not spicy, not fresh, and honestly not worth the drive. I never thought I’d say this after nine years, but I’m really disappointed in how much this place has changed.

Not a lot of options late at night. Found this place open around midnight. Thought I'd give it a try. Food was decent. Not great, but It hit the spot. I'd like to give it a try earlier in the day next time. Sometimes the night shift isn't up to par. Good service, good environment. I would go back.

Great place to get pizza and wings, they both were so crispy, don’t skip the wings for ur next visit they are so good, workers super friendly, parking in the back! Will definitely coming back!

Absolutely incredible in every possible way. The monster slice was indeed monstrous, and it tasted so good. The sauce has some sort of zesty seasoning on it- maybe basil? It added a real zing to it and I loved it. My wife got the mac & cheese and that was also very cheesy and delicious and well portioned. The monster slice combo- slice, fries and pop was only $7.99! Incredible value especially in today's economy. Going to try the wings next time we are in town! The restaurant was also clean and modern too. It's a great place to sit down

The food is good, the staff are very nice, especially the woman at the cashier. I usually order for pick up, and I’m a very good customer. The other night; I had dinner there. And the biggest thing that really bothered me is, why are they playing all this Spanish music non stop? I felt I was in a foreign country. It’s very selfish and inconsiderate to your customers. Play some music/ news. etc in English please? This is an Italian restaurant, not Mexican?
