staff was very helpful and visit reasonably priced. i rescued a stray not long ago and they were quick with helping her get checked out, cleaned up, and ready for her new furever home all while being so gentle and patient with her.

I recently brought my cats into Williamsburg Animal Clinic for the first time after being referred by a friend and I am so glad I did! Dr Zel and the vet tech were so helpful and kind to my cats. They were very thorough with the exam and communicated everything to me so I could understand what was going on. They were also super transparent about pricing so nothing came as a surprise at the end. Really couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

From making an appointment to our visit in the office, Williamsburg Animal Clinic was professional and caring and clear about our cat's issues. They patiently answered all our questions and were upfront about the costs. They thoroughly explained the lab work results and helped us navigate our care options.

I’ve been taking my dog here for the last 11 years when Dr. Diaz was his main vet, he was wonderful. Honest and transparent, always warm and caring. Since his departure over the years I’ve noticed a lot of service slip ups and just general decline the staff. The vet tech who last saw my dog didn’t even seem to have basic understanding of questions I asked so he just told me to ask the vet when she came into the room, which I did and even she was vague and with awkward energy. Not the warm or comforting type of interaction we used to get. Of course she and the tech just upsold me on a ton of vaccine combos which I normally have declined before, but since my dog is nearly 12 they stressed how it’s so important to get them annually. So I did this time - paid over $600 for the visit and vaccinations and was told to come back in 2 weeks for a booster of one of vaccines and to submit a urine sample. A quick routine follow up, sounded fine. Today we show up at our 4pm appointment for the booster and we’re finished by 4:15 and the receptionist hands me a bill for $102. Like what??? No one AT ALL at any point mentioned I will be required to pay AGAIN for the vaccine (which he didn’t even need) and 2nd visit that was less than 15 min. Even charged me $10 for the urine same from my dog. Like wow what type of veterinary practice drops bills like this one people with no explanation? The receptionist with an attitude could only tell me “they should have explained to you” - yea, no shit. This place has obviously lost its moral purpose and is just a money grabbing operation with subpar vets and staff. What a shame! Sadly I can’t recommend this place to anyone anymore bc without Dr. Diaz on staff this place is just not worth coming back to there are much better vets in the area.

I came in an hour before closing without an appointment thinking I had one and they still took my cat in despite almost closing. The staff was incredibly kind about it and I recommended this clinic to any pet owners. Dr Jonathan Perez is great and very knowledgeable.

Dr Radoslav and her team were very friendly and knowledgeable. Pricing was transparent and reasonable, and I even received a direct follow up from the doctor shortly after my visit with lab results. Will definitely be back if the need arises!

We LOVE Dr. Ueda! We’ve been bringing all of our pets here for some time now and have always had a good experience but we can’t say enough nice things about Dr. Ueda specifically! She treats our animals and us with kindness and empathy and always makes sure to discuss things with us in a clear and honest way. Thank you so much for everything by you do Dr. Ueda and Williamsburg Animal Clinic 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

I've been taking my dogs to Williamsburg Animal Clinic for 20 years, and they've always delivered excellent care and treatment to them. I just bought two beagle puppies and brought them in for their first round of vaccines, and as always they treated them with love and affection while delivering the care they needed.
