Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. The team were professional, honest, and incredibly helpful throughout. Communication was excellent, the work was carried out to a very high standard, and everything was explained clearly with no pressure or hidden surprises. It’s hard to find a garage you can genuinely trust, but this one delivered on every level. Fantastic customer service, great attention to detail, and they really go above and beyond for their customers. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. 5-star service all round.

Hard to find a female-friendly garage in London where you don't feel like you're being talked down to. They were brilliant, explained the brake issue clearly and fixed it fast.

Do not leave your car for an MOT if you need it the same day. Booked my car in for an MOT. Dropped at just after midday on Monday and was told it would be a couple of hours so went and hung out at a local cafe. The report arrived at 2.30pm same day. Clean bill of health. No work needed. Asked when I could get my car back. Was told they’d let me know. It would seem the car was removed and taken elsewhere. I got more and more evasive responses to direct questions asking when my car would be available for collection. After 24 hours I said they had until 2pm or I would report the car stolen. I was eventually able to collect the car at 1pm. A full day and an hour after I’d dropped it off. This was massively inconvenient to me. To add insult to injury when I dropped the car it has about 40miles of petrol in the tank. When I got it back it was totally empty. The seat, steering wheel and all the mirrors were all adjusted for someone far taller than me. Sadly I had not taken a note of the exact mileage but when I asked where the car had been it had been taken to another MOT Centre. I nervously limped to the nearest petrol station. I have a 50l tank. Came in for an oil change, fuel & oil filter change. From taking the car to waiting area was wonderful clean office, waiting room. Polite and punctual. Lovee it.

Good customer service however, took longer than expected and came home to inspect the bodywork better and not fully 100% so I have changed my review.

I have had the worst customer service experience imaginable, especially regarding the quality of work carried out on my car. The staff seem more interested in chasing upsells and extra money than actually helping customers. They are very quick to pressure you into spending more, but when there is a problem, suddenly nobody responds. I brought my car to London Motor Sports for a mechanical issue. After waiting an entire week with little to no updates, I finally collected the car only to discover dents and scratches on the driver’s door that were not there before. After raising the issue, it became a long and frustrating process just to get the manager to even inspect the damage, let alone agree to repair it. Unfortunately, this is where the experience became even worse. The paintwork carried out on the door was absolutely shocking. There was a massive blob of paint left on the panel, paint had been sprayed over the door handles, and the paint had dried around dirt and debris, leaving imperfections permanently embedded into the finish. After another exhausting back-and-forth, the car was booked in again to correct the poor repair job. To cut a long story short, the second attempt was somehow even worse than the first. My car door has now been left looking worse than it did originally. Stay well clear of this garage. You have been warned.
