I got my braces removed, and my teeth feel amazing. The staff were really nice and professional. The staff reassured me that everything will be okay, they felt 100% confident that my teeth will look really good! I cannot thank them enough for their effort to make my teeth really good, thats why they are called “Infinity Smiles” because they are here to make your teeth look amazing!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Infinity Smiles and cannot recommend this practice based on what I have been through. I paid around £3,000 for orthodontic treatment expecting my bite and teeth to be corrected. Instead, I was left with an anterior open bite, meaning my front teeth do not meet at all when I bite together. All of the pressure is now on my back teeth, making eating uncomfortable and leaving me questioning how my treatment could have been considered complete. What has disappointed me most is how my concerns have been handled. The practice has repeatedly suggested that my teeth shifted after my braces were removed. However, I do not believe this explains what has happened, especially as my retainer still fits perfectly. If my teeth had moved significantly after treatment, I would have expected my retainer not to fit properly. I also disagree with the way the end of my treatment has been described. The practice has repeatedly stated that I was happy with the result and that I wanted my braces removed. That is not how I remember events. My orthodontist told me that my teeth were straight, that they were ready to come off and that treatment had been completed. I relied on that professional advice. I did not ask for my braces to be removed because I thought treatment was finished—I was told it was. After treatment, I attended my regular dentist, who pointed out the open bite. I was shocked and upset to learn that my bite had not been corrected. I left believing my orthodontic treatment had been successfully completed, only to discover there was still a significant issue with my bite. Infinity Smiles has offered to try to correct the problem with aligners, but after paying £3,000 for braces, I do not believe I should have needed further orthodontic treatment to achieve the result I originally paid for. I made it clear that I wanted the issue corrected and an appropriate refund, but my refund request has not been resolved. One thing I still cannot understand is the way the further treatment has been presented. I do not see how simply correcting a problem with the original treatment can be considered a goodwill gesture. In my view, putting the treatment right is something that should already happen if there is an issue with the original outcome. A genuine goodwill gesture would have been correcting my teeth and offering an appropriate refund or compensation for the stress, inconvenience, additional appointments, months of complaints and time I have spent trying to resolve a situation that I do not believe I should have been in after paying £3,000. The complaints process has been long, stressful and disappointing. I have spent months sending emails, chasing responses and trying to get answers, while feeling that responsibility for the outcome was being placed on me rather than my concerns being properly acknowledged. This entire experience has caused me unnecessary stress and disappointment. I trusted the professionals treating me and expected to leave with a healthy, functional bite. Instead, I have been left needing further treatment and continuing to fight for what I believe is a fair outcome. Based on my personal experience, I would avoid this orthodontic practice completely. I would encourage anyone considering treatment to do plenty of research and carefully consider all of their options before choosing this practice. This review reflects my own personal experience and honest opinion. I hope no other patient has to go through what I have experienced.

Everyone knows getting braces as an adult is a big investment, so I did a lot of research before choosing where to go. My own dentist offered Invisalign, but I chose Infinity Smiles because George Campbell is a specialist orthodontist, which gave me real confidence in the level of care. George was excellent throughout. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions and made sure I felt fully informed to make decisions at every stage. I also want to mention Jean on reception, who went above and beyond to help me get appointments that worked, even contacting me on her days off. She’s definitely their nicest and most helpful receptionist. Overall, I’m really pleased with my experience. It was money well spent and I’d highly recommend Infinity Smiles to any adult considering private orthodontic treatment. You won't be disappointed!

I never write reviews but the receptionists conversation with my boyfriend was completely unprofessional. I would absolutely HATE to go here just going off of first impressions by the receptionist. My boyfriend called to rebook an appointment and the receptionist was completely terrible. She was so sarcastic, rude and unprofessional and spoke to my boyfriend so rudely the whole time, especially when there had been a misunderstanding on his end of the dates because of the mic quality. God their mic quality is absolutely AWFUL, couldn't understand a single thing it was pure earrape. My boyfriend even tried telling her he couldn't understand her and she ignored him and continued blasting her loud voice through the phone, im surprised he was even able to figure out what she was asking him. Ended the call with a snarky remark towards my boyfriend which was the main reason why im writing this review. Ive never experienced anyone giving SO much attitude through the phone especially towards a paying customer. Do your job properly next time.

Would definitely give this 0 stars if I could, can’t even understand a single word the receptionist said on call it’s as if they have the phone shoved into their mouth. Because of this, there was a misunderstanding on my end on the dates and they were extremely unprofessional and rude about it. They ended the call rudely and gave me a snarky comment before sarcastically saying “buh bye!”

I called them to let them know that my braces have become loose, but the receptionist was not helpful at all and even hung up the phone. Does anyone know what I should do? My next appointment is not until next month
