The fitter who came out to me was excellent. Very friendly and quick at the job. No complaints. I believe there could be better communication between the call centre and the customer though, especially if they are going to call themselves an "emergency service" and charge a premium accordingly. The fitter they sent to me was an hour late (albeit only taking 2 hours instead of the promised 1, which is still decent compared to RAC!) but I wasn't told why or kept updated until they'd arrived on scene (they had to go collect the tyre I wanted, which is fine, but they could have told me that beforehand?). Luckily I wasn't on the side of the motorway wondering if anyone would turn up! I was at work instead. So yeah, service is fine and I would recommend them in a pinch. Be warned it does cost a couple hundred quid, but that's the premium for a call out service in under 2hrs. I hope they take this constructive feedback and improve their contact and updates to the customer. I also think you need to get a more legit payment method than a bank transfer on the side of the road!! Remember, people only call this service when they're out of options, so treat them accordingly. Absolutely amazing service. Rang the call centre who took all the details and booked me in. Ozzy turned up as agreed, and sorted my tyres out quickly. No issues with payment. Can highly recommend these guys if you need a tyre replacement fast. Thanks so much.

Excellent service from start to finish. The gentleman came to my home on time and changed the tyre quickly and efficiently. He was very professional, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. Everything was done neatly with great attention to safety and detail. I really appreciated the convenience of the home service and the high standard of work. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing tyre services and would definitely use his service again

Both the chap who took the call and Hussain did a fab job replacing my tyres this morning. Back left large puncture from the wonderful roads of congleton. Advised 60 minutes wait arrived after 90 but traffic is fairly busy. Really quick and helpful fitter Hussain Would recommend and use again if needed

Hussein was awesome - good communication on the way, rocked up on a Sunday morning in a good mood and got the job done in under 15-minutes. It’s a job you never want to have to book, so when you do, it makes all the difference when it gets done well. Would recommend to anyone 👍

Highly recommended, we needed a tyre fitted urgently before a long trip the day after after a puncture. The woman on the phone was really informative and helpful, gave me a time of 60-90 mins and Ozzy who came to fit it was there exactly when promised. He was really friendly and fitted the brand new tyre in no time at all. I was pleasantly surprised at the price too, only a slight bit more than booking it in at Halfords when I couldn't get an appointment for them in time anyway
