What a well stocked supermarket. Everything you want you can find here. Fish ( live), are really good and it's prepared for you. Staff are helpful if you ask anything and prices are reasonable. Easy to park and worth a visit. Great upstairs restaurant too, lunchtime is popular.

Terrible experience. We had booked the VIP karaoke room and was advised minimum spend of £500 which was okay. But when we arrived the room was messy and a dumping group for chairs and odd boxes and rubbish overspill from the restaurant. Hardly a 'VIP' experience. We ended up tiding the room ourselves. 1. Food was very cold. Especially the platter 2. Food was very salty and tasted like it was reheated and presentation wise the food didn't look appetising. 3. Poor service . We had to go outside to get service and order drinks ourselves and tell them to change our plates etc. Very poor experience and having spent over £800 for a party we didn't feel like it was a good experience not will we be back anytime soon

This shop was not honest. They said customers could get a gift with a certain purchase, but they refuses to offer the gift. When I asked them why I couldn't receive the gift, one of the female cashiers was very rude and refused to talk to me. I had to ask the manager to handle the issue. When the manager arrived, that cashier acted like she was innocent and denied it was her dealing with the issue.

Really decent store! Big variety of Vietnamese Chinese, Japanese n more products. Great for businesses who buy in bulk and for normal shopping and also a really fresh seafood section with live lobster crabs and meat. Impressed 👍👍👍

The whole shopping experience was awful as the cashiers are lack of simple manners and knowledge of customer service. Ever wonder the shop is no longer busy compared in the past? Maybe the owner needs to review their cashiers attitude and manners!

Be extremely careful when shopping here. I don’t normally check my receipt. This time, I just randomly decided to check it because the total didn’t seem right. What I found was unacceptable. On 2 March 2026 at 14:43 (as shown on the receipt), I was charged three times instead of twice for two similar products. It wasn’t obvious on the receipt — the item appeared twice and then showed up again separately. This did not look like a simple duplicate scan error. When I pointed it out, she did not deal with it herself. Instead, she asked the cashier at the next till to handle it and avoided eye contact. She did not continue serving me. It felt like she did not want to be involved once I noticed the mistake. Yes, I got £5.95 back in cash. That is not the point. The point is that I only discovered this because I happened to check. If I hadn’t checked, I might not have realised I was overcharged. That really makes me question how many times this could have happened before — to me or to other customers who simply didn’t notice. That should never happen. I left feeling frustrated and deeply disappointed. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in this supermarket.

Great little place. Some excellent vegan finds. Lots of tinned mock meats and a great freezer section too. Best priced tofu and great price for noodles.

Better make reservations, otherwie need to wait untill all reservations check-in. Food is good but not too much service. The cutlery set is a bit dirty. it is better to wash before use
