I recently had a new dining table, bed frame, and mattress delivered by Housing Units, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received. The delivery team was professional, friendly, and efficient. The table was assembled perfectly, and everything was handled with great care and attention to detail. During the delivery, the team noticed a slight damage to the mattress before it became an issue for us. What happened next was a fantastic example of customer service at its best. Despite it being a Friday afternoon, Housing Units arranged a replacement and had a new mattress delivered within the hour. The speed and efficiency of the response were truly remarkable. It's refreshing to deal with a company that takes such pride in its customer service and acts so quickly to resolve even minor issues. From delivery and assembly to after-sales support, the whole experience was first class. I would highly recommend Housing Units to anyone looking for quality furniture backed by exceptional customer care. A genuine 5-star experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Purchased a Sorrento garden set from Housing Units and couldn’t be happier with both the look and quality of the furniture. Was hesitant of leaving it out in the rain but have had no issues and the cushions dry quickly and you wouldn’t even know it had rained.

I am extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the quality of the five Ragana Dining Chairs. They are £139 per chair. At a price point, I expected a reasonable lifespan of significantly more than 4 years. The material has disintegrated in a way that makes my entire dining set unsightly and unusable. I know I wasn't the only one suffered from the poor quality products as I have seen people giving away the exact dinning chairs on Facebook for free. Very disappointed. Also, No reply when I express my disappointment. Not even an acknowledgment of my email.

Lee and Dave delivered my table. They were friendly, efficient and explained to me how to extend the table. They protected my floor by putting a covering down to set up the table. I really appreciated their time and absolutely lovemy table, thank you very much.

Such a smooth and easy process from start to finish. Laura was so helpful, enabling us to choose the right suite of furniture for our needs. Although we were told it would be middle of August before it could be delivered, it was actually ready by the end of June. Lee and David, our delivery drivers, did an amazing job putting our furniture together. They had the job done in about 15 minutes and made sure each recliner was working before they left. So pleased with the furniture and service from Housing Units.

Gorgeous place for statement pieces in any home or garden. A little above my price range, but beautiful items and furniture. Payment terms are also available. Customer service is 100% all the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was epic served by little robots a definite for adults and children, child friendly restaurant not sure about walking toddlers round the vases etc but certainly worth a visit for extra special home pieces.

The customer service agents on the phone. I placed many orders more the 6K and waited for 2 months for delivery. This came but on the 23/02/26 but was missing a wardrobe. When i rang i thought it would be delivered the follwing week Monday. 2/3/26. When i rang today unfortunately I was told Monday 9/3/26. The 2 customer service agent on the phone were so unkind and lack understanding. no apology but blame it on me that i agreed to the 9/3/26. Inasmuch i tried to explain that i should not be waiting for 2 weeks for the mistake of their company deliver as agreed. they said it was my fault. I asked for who to speak to to complain my frustration. I was told i can only complain through email to enquiries. To complaint about the way i was treated and their behaviour, i ask them to give me the contact for their company regulator. She said I must send my email to their enquiries and there compant will follow this to their company regulator. I asked to be refunded because i did not know i have to wait behind the queue for 2 weeks for their company failure to deliver. bothe at different times said it was my fault to agree to 9/3/26. She said i would be charged cancelation fees. i ordered a mirror to be collected. i went to distribution centre 2 times to collect but item could not be found. when i returned the mirror, i am still waiting for refund for weeks . this has been an horrible experience still waiting for chairs and wardrobe. the se ond lady spoke to me as if i am a beggar with no empathy understanding or respect . She said the bucks stops with her

Had furniture delivered from Housing Units today. Lee and David arrived at the given time and were absolutely brilliant. Assembled the furniture in no time, really polite and helpful. Overall fantastic service, highly recommend
