Without me even having to explain much, she immediately understood how I was feeling and kindly guided me to a private consultation room. Because of her thoughtful and professional approach, I was able to speak freely and comfortably. She listened carefully, showed genuine care, and explained everything to me in a clear and gentle manner. I am extremely satisfied with the service she provided. She did not judge me at all instead, she spoke to me in Gujarati without any hesitation and made sure I understood everything clearly. Because of her, I felt comfortable and valued as a customer.
