Without me even having to explain much, she immediately understood how I was feeling and kindly guided me to a private consultation room. Because of her thoughtful and professional approach, I was able to speak freely and comfortably. She listened carefully, showed genuine care, and explained everything to me in a clear and gentle manner. I am extremely satisfied with the service she provided. I have been visiting this pharmacy for a while now and it has always been pleasant visiting the pharmacy. The two girls Diva and Sedra are outstanding in their work. She did not judge me at all instead, she spoke to me in Gujarati without any hesitation and made sure I understood everything clearly. Because of her, I felt comfortable and valued as a customer. I am very happy with the service I received and truly appreciate her kindness.
