Came in with a time crunch, my guy looks at me and says, let me see what we can do and I’ll get 2 people on it…. They got me out a half hour before I would have been too late for the next appointment on the calendar and I’m a happy camper…. Service team is always great to me here, I never have second thoughts about dropping my rogue off! You’re in good hands with their service team!

Excellent experience! Staff was extremely kind and welcoming, especially Elise. She was very knowledgeable and took her time explaining the various options on the car and took time to pair my phone with the car before we left. She made buying a car easy and enjoyable.

Great experience! Nate Parker reached out to us several times with offers. Didn’t intend to make a transaction so quickly, but Nate was knowledgeable, friendly, funny and we worked out a good deal. The facility is spotless. Everyone is friendly.

UPDATED! I have increased my review to 3 stars. The company did reach out. But only after I sent a email in regards to escalation to DMV and other offices. Which shouldn’t have gotten to that point. When calling I also felt excuses were made instead of owning up and taking responsibility (such as number on site was probably wrong, etc) Once I got vehicle there they were kind. Polite. Service even gave me a rental while they had my vehicle. The issue was never discovered and was chalked up to “that’s how this car is”. I was also highly appreciative to the fact they fixed a recall as well. Over all the experience was 3 out of 5. Frustrating but ending over all decent. The sales part was great! Super helpful and super quick on getting you into your new vehicle. However, I noticed an issue with the vehicle after purchasing and called to discuss options of fixing. NOT ONE PERSON has bothered to return a phone call. They got their money for the car and no longer seem to care about responding. Super great service when they want the sale. Pretty bad communication after a sale is made.
