The selection in this store is amazing - they have beautiful pieces! The staff is great, too. Beth, is extremely lovely and helpful. She was kind and thoughtful in helping me pick out 2 beautiful necklaces, one for me and the other for my mother. I will be coming back here for sure. Highly recommend.

Westchester Jewelry is the place to go for all of your jewelry needs! The staff is amazing! Billy, the father; Billy, the son; and Alana made me feel so welcomed and supported throughout the whole buying process. At their store, I found the watch I’ve wanted for years. It’s ironic because I went to Westchester Jewelry because my sister-in-law’s partner recommended me to check them out as I was in the market for a new watch! I had a very pleasant experience at Westchester Jewelry yesterday. We were greeted by a very pleasant salesperson, Alana, who was knowledgeable about the merchandise. At one point, four other customers walked in, and she adeptly handled everyone without ever making me feel overlooked. We ended up purchasing a necklace and a watch, and the entire experience was excellent. I highly recommend Westchester Jewelry.

Where do I even begin....I’ve been following Westchester Jewelry for quite some time and have always loved their jewelry. I would constantly send their posts to my now-fiancé and made it very clear that when the day came, I wanted him to go to Westchester Jewelry for the ring and he did! Alana was so patient, kind, and helpful when he came ring shopping without me. The ring he chose is absolutely gorgeous and truly everything I ever wanted. When I went in for a resize, Alana and Bill welcomed us so warmly and congratulated us with such genuine kindness. You can truly tell this is a family-owned business because we never felt rushed or pressured. They genuinely care about their customers and make the entire experience feel so special and personal. I can’t wait to get my ring back so I can update this review with a photo!

Last Saturday I went here for the first time based off a referral. I was in search of a birthday present for myself. There is a great selection of jewelry, very fairly priced and the owner was so accommodating and down to Earth. We had a great conversation, there was no pressure while I was making my selection, and they were very generous - including offering to clean my wedding rings. I highly recommend and will be back soon.

Billy and his staff at Westchester Jewelry were extremely patient and helpful with getting a piece of costume jewelry fixed for us, we thought no one was going to be able to fix it and he was not only able to help us but got it done on the spot.
