I use to rave about Hojas, but these past few times that I've gone, l've been extremely disappointed. The teas no longer taste good. They are watered down, the flavor is different. At first, I thought it was only certain drinks. But my family have all expressed displeasure on the quality as well. Not sure what happened? Shortly after the price increase, the quality of their drinks decreased. I'm hoping that management can return to the quality of what made Hojas special. Unfortunately, I can't excuse the price increase, if the quality isn't there anymore.

The worst experience with this site.
The cashier took like a 10 min to understand me what do I ordered.
When I got my drinks I tasted my Masala Chai and no flavor or honey on the bottom and I put the other drink on the waste (christhem iced tea), because tasted like a Cup of water with ice.
I couldn’t come back because you close at 9 pm, but definitely I never won’t my money AGAIN on your drink s 😡😡😡😡😡
Many of their baked goods don’t have labels and so I had to keep asking what they were. Also, I’m not sure why they have the need to put coconut milk on over half of their drinks.
I wanted to order a simple matcha with oat milk and apparently that wasn’t an option? It had to be with coconut milk…….
Nice cozy place. A giant menu to choose from, specially for tea. On my resent visits I've chosen the vanilla latte. The flavor is unique as any other place. To me it resembled the taste of the cereal honey smacks, a bit more one time then in my other visits. Smoth taste and hard to flavor any espresso. Just that honey smacks after taste.
First time here but my drink so good 👍
I went here to get some tea, and I honestly thought I wasn't going to get much when I was at the store looking through their menu. For god's sake they put chocolate under green tea and a green tea blend under oolong. Not to say much of their menu are tea blends.
I got one of their crema con miel while my sister changed to a coffee. The tea I got is more milk tea than tea to me but it's not bad, I can still taste the slight bitter taste of the tea that's matched by the cream.
Though the service I received was no good and I give them a 3/5 for it. The front desk seems like she's not ready to work in this early hour. She asked me if I want my tea iced or hot, and I said light ice. She clearly didn't comprehend that and asked me again with impatience. Also, her voice is pretty small so I can really hear her half of the time.
