I had a great experience with Spot On Heating, Air, Plumbing & Electrical. Our AC went out on a very hot day, and their technician Shawn Pace arrived right on time and was extremely professional from start to finish. Shawn took the time to thoroughly inspect our system, took photos of the issues he found, and clearly explained everything that was going on. He walked me through each step of the process and explained the purpose of every component that needed to be replaced and why it was necessary. I really appreciated how patient and detailed he was—it made the whole situation much less stressful. He also worked very cleanly and made sure the areas he worked in were left spotless when he finished. Thanks to Shawn, we were back to a cool house the same day. Shawn came out to service our heater and did an excellent job from start to finish. He took the time to make sure our entire system was running efficiently, including checking the cooling side just to give us peace of mind. Just had a new Mini-Split HVAC system installed by Spot-on. Lorenzo, Kenny, Robert and Sean where professional and worked hard over the last few days to get the system completely installed within my time frame. Like all old houses mine threw them a couple challenges that they over came with the install inside and out looking flawless. I would not hesitate to use Spon-on for my household needs. The pricing was competitive and the service, again, was amazing. Call them, you will glad you did.

Spot On was spot on everything! They responded quickly and were able to detect the problem right away. We had a major re-pipe on the drainage system. They made sure we had water and drainage capabilities at the end of each day and throughout the day as often as they could so not to inconvenience us during the entire job. The workers were professional, friendly, and kept us informed during the process. We have used them in the past and will continue to use their service. They Stand behind their work, which is always reassuring so you know you can trust them completely.

a/c was not blowing cold. agreed to $65 service call. tech (Sean) did thorough inspection and gave us a list of items that needed attention and an estimate for OVER ONE THOUSAND dollars! He showed photos of oil leaking from part in attic and three other issues. He did change our air filter and there was no extra charge (other than the $65 service call) It was very educational and we will address the re-diverting dryer lint away from outside unit, sealing up air leaks in attic unit, correcting sagging drain line and missing secondary pan and getting oil leaking part replaced from a contractor we used in the past who we believe will be more reasonably priced. We just wanted to give a local business a stab at it and over all we are grateful for the education (and the cooler air
