UPDATE 1/27/26: changed my review to 5 stars because I went back in today and they scheduled me with Megan. She did such an awesome job!! She paid attention to every single detail and took her time with every part of the process. I’m so happy I reached out and that the manager Lisa prioritized my needs and worked with my schedule to get my hair fixed to my standards. You guys rock and I’m so happy to have found someone I can trust my hair with again. Will definitely be back and I’ll be sure to book with Megan again! First picture is how it looked after the first visit, and the other 2 is how it looks after today’s visit. I LOVE IT! So I’ve been debating about writing this review but I’ve come to the conclusion that it wouldn’t be fair to others if I didn’t. I got my hair done here about a week and a half ago. Went in for a balayage but my hair is nothing like the inspo pics I initially showed. I’m super bummed out about this because I waited about 5 years to get my hair done, and it does not look how I envisioned it. What I have now is more like highlights all over and there’s some parts that look platinum and others that look orange. Even my husband asked if it was supposed to be orange because apparently there were some parts in the back that I couldn’t see for myself. (They never showed me the back of my hair when I was there, I only saw the front which didn’t look that bad once styled). I do not blame the hairdresser because he let me know he was “new talent”. However, when I walked in on Monday to inquire, the lady at the front assured me she was scheduling me with a level 2 stylist for the next day and even gave me pricing. It wasn’t until the stylist was about an hour into doing my foils that I happened to asked how long he had been there and he mentioned he was brand new and was considered “new talent”. He was super sweet and I get it, he’s still learning. My mistake was trusting the lady that initially scheduled me, and then wasn’t even there the next day for my appointment. Now I’m left with hair that I am not satisfied with but don’t want to do anything to it because I’m afraid for it to get damaged. I waited so long because I wanted my hair to be completely virgin before getting it done again. My last balayage was 5 years ago and it looked nothing like this one. So in conclusion, beware when you walk in on Monday’s to schedule. If u can, just schedule yourself online so you can be sure who you are booking with.

I had such a great experience at this salon and my hair turned out even better than I imagined! The whole team was incredibly kind and welcoming. I felt comfortable right away. Fel took amazing care of me and really made the experience feel personal and relaxing. I left feeling really happy and confident. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

I approached there for keratin treatment but they are suggested QIQI treatment for my frizzy hair. They are charged $545 from me. I cannot able to feel any changes in my hair after their service. Very disappointed. Hair cut also I don’t like because I show to them AI created references pic on before taking appointment and suggested I need this kind of figure after haircut and treatment.my hair cut is uneven. I never recommended this salon . Very disappointed

Kendall did such an amazing job on my hair. I went in for a simple trim this time and trusted her to do what she thought would look best, and I’m so glad I did. She shaped everything perfectly and made my hair feel refreshed while still keeping the length. It’s one of those trims where your hair just falls better and looks healthier overall. She listens, understands what you’re hoping for, and then somehow makes it even better. If you’re looking for a stylist who can truly bring your hair dreams to life, Kendall is the one to go to!!!

Megan is an AMAZING stylist!! I loved getting to know her & see her skills in action. She knows how to bring a Pinterest picture to life & enhance your hair in an extremely creative way. I will be back for her services again!!

I walked in 9 months pregnant and not feeling the best about myself.. walked out (still pregnant lol) feeling so confident!! Miss. Marissa girl worked her magic on me!! I asked for lots of layers but wanted to keep my length and she delivered! 😍 I am obsessed and will definitely be returning. 10 out of 10 vibes and experience. Would definitely recommend!
