The work was done perfect...the issue is have is that I would have wanted a ballpark estimate for the job. I would have liked to know the approx cost since it was a lot more than I expected....over an above th $150 just to walk in the door...Mike said they charge that amount for a faucet when he came in....I don't know why I couldn't have been told that on the phone since it was a standard cost....I will think twice in the future before making another decision in regards to plumbing!
The experience with Sal Manzo, plumbing and heating -cooling company, is a very pleasant one from start to finish. The office staffs and the technician are extremely friendly and professional. The technician, Dan, sent us a text with a pic of himself notifying he was on route. In today’s home security environment, this is a very nice and much appreciated gesture… 👍. After assessing the job, Dan recommended what needed to be done to resolve the issue - without being “pushy”. He finished the job leaving behind every thing clean and spotless. Working with Mike and Nick was great. Mike took his time to identify and troubleshoot the slab leak we had. They were able to formulate a plan that was least invasive and fixed the slab leak efficiently. It was a pleasure and we felt we can trust them. Great experience!
Everyone I spoke with was professional, polite, and courteous. From first point of contact, to dispatch, then technician. I love their verification and truck tracking systems. I new exactly when the technician was going to arrive and had a picture of said technician so I knew who to expect. In short order, after a little troubleshooting, the problem had been identified. Within a couple of hours all issues had been remedied. Top notch!

Sal Manzo Plumbing was awesome to respond to our gas water heater issue. I love they have grest digital tools to chat and get scheduled. This was our first experience and I chose them off of other good reviews and seeing their truck often in our neighborhood. There were two options either repair pressure release tank and valve (cheaper) or replace the 17 year old heater. We opted to replace considering the age. The full cost seemed on the higher end when I googled what it should run. That being said, Jason and his helper did the replacement the next day. You get digital notification when they are on the way. No mess, no drama - just a professional job. I would recommend them without hesitation.
Jason was great! He was fast and efficient. We maybe asked 1,000 questions and he didn’t mind at all giving us what we needed to feel comfortable about the plans to maintain our house for the future.
