I recently had TRAGAR Heating convert my home from oil to gas, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. From the first consultation with Vincent to the final installation, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly organized. The technicians arrived on time, explained every step of the process. They took care of all the details—permits, scheduling, safety checks. I would like to thank Jacob D. and Anthony for installing the new pipes and ensuring the safe setup of the new gas heater and gas water heater. I also want to thank Mike, Philip, and Dimitri for their excellent work installing the hot water heater and the furnace.

The entire crew (all 6 of them) were very professional and efficient. The entire project, new oil tank and burner, was completed in about 6 hours. Amazing. Work was excellent. I’d highly recommend them.

From the initial call to response, the turnaround for our emergency furnace outage was incredibly fast. I was given a choice of appointment times, along with a text confirmation and a notification prior to arrival, which was very helpful. Joe was friendly, highly competent, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was able to fix it efficiently and took the time to clearly explain the issue, even showing me the parts that needed to be replaced. Overall, excellent customer service from start to finish.

Very pleased with Tragar Oil. The tech today, Darren Brown, was a pleasure to have in my home. He was quick and efficient, and took the time to explain what he was doing. This is the kind of service u don’t mind paying for. I plan on renewing my contract with Tragar next year. Thank you, Darren.

Sam Casella was our Service Tech for the yearly tune up for the boiler. He was very pleasant and accommodating. He took care of our issue immediately , explained everything he was doing, and then went ahead to point out potential issues that might develop. He answered every question we had in detail and is very thorough, an excellent employee. I am glad that he was our Service Tech yesterday.

Patrick visited my home three times in a week and effectively assessed, diagnosed, and resolved my issue. He was able to troubleshoot, identify an additional problem, and save me several hundred dollars. He is friendly, personable, and skilled. I highly recommend him without hesitation.

Tragar installed a filtration system admist a few challenging situations. I am very happy with the time, expertise and professionalism that Steve Competello demonstrated. He represented the company well.Thank you so much. My family and I will be calling again soon.
