Returned to the legendary Taco Casa in Tuscaloosa after 35 years away... and wow, it still hits the same! 🌮 The food is just as fresh, hot, and delicious as I remembered , nothing's changed in the best way possible. That iconic green cactus sign is still welcoming everyone 'under the biggest cactus in town, and the flavors take me right back. Taco Casa isn't just a restaurant; it's a true Tuscaloosa landmark and a total classic. Still rules!

Food was alright. The lady at the counter had the personality of a door knob. Wore a mask and you couldn't hear her if she actually answered any questions we had. She rolled her eyes.

$5 for a plate of nachos with beefy queso?! Such a deal and it was excellent!! I wish there was a Taco Casa where I lived after trying it for the first time today. Highly recommend!

Food is good, the lady at the window attitude was not up to par. She accidentally turned on her headset and said “im tired of the damn drive through.” She already sounded like she didnt wanna be there. April 26th 2026 8:53 is when the issue occurred.

This location is the worst if you're on your lunch break and in a hurry and try to go through the drive-thru you will easily sit there 30 to 40 minutes if they're busy it's ridiculous people go through the drive-thru and order all these large orders. Even if you go inside you're going to have a wait the one in North Port is completely opposite

Taco bout some good tacos! Best fast food Mexican I’ve ever had. Queso was delicious. The shell was crunchy. The shredded cheese melts in your mouth. And the beef was authentic and delicious.

My FAVORITE🩷🩷🩷I get the #4 and the cheese dip with meat in it❤️❤️❤️You will need a go box… portions are large🥳🥳🥳The sweet tea is so good too! I highly, highly recommend. I’m certain it will become your favorite too!

They have some of the best crunchy tacos I have ever had and let me pick my spice level. The next time I am in Tuscaloosa, I will get them again.
