Aldridge Gardens

This is so pretty, clean and peaceful. They have a covered area in case it's raining. They have a vending machine, sodas and water for 1.50 dollars - only cash tho. They sell food for ducks and fish at the entrance. The walk around the lake it's super short and easy. Definitely should go to enjoy peace and quiet. Perfect place for a picnic. It's very well maintained.

This is a little slice of heaven hidden away by the interstate and a busy area of Hoover. The walking trails are nice and quiet. They do a wonderful service keeping the gardens clean and the plants and surrounding area are well cared for. There was a wedding ceremony in progress the day I was there so I think you can also use some of the area for an event, not sure if there’s a cost, or the logistics, but it’s definitely a beautiful place to host something.

So beautiful, we went here for a walk and the whole place is stunning. This would be better to go to in the morning when it's still a bit cool, but there is still a lot of shade if you go in the day.

Very nice little garden . Free entry . Fish swimming in lake . Birds singing in woods . Flowers are blooming. Plenty benches to have a rest while enjoying the view .

Beautiful free gardens with well-maintained trails, a floating dock, and a cute gift shop! Dog walking is permitted by members during member-only hours.

cool free botanical garden. granted it's winter so a lot of the plants are dead lol, still cool to see the ones that were alive! (: lots of geese and ducks. well maintained!
