Absolutely incredible experience at Monkish Brewing Co. in Torrance! As a craft beer fan from Switzerland, I had very high expectations after hearing so much about Monkish — and somehow it still exceeded them. Easily an 11/10 experience. The beers were top tier. Some of the best hazy IPAs I’ve ever had. Every single pour was outstanding. What really made the visit special though was the atmosphere. The whole place has such a relaxed, welcoming and authentic vibe. Plenty of seating inside and outside, amazing energy, great music and just an overall perfect craft beer experience. The two bartenders working that evening were also incredibly friendly and passionate. You could really feel how much people care about this place. And the pizza food truck outside? Unreal. Absolutely 10/10. This ended up being one of my favorite stops during our entire California road trip. If you love craft beer, this place is an absolute must visit.

Great selection of mostly IPAs. They had a plant based food truck when I came and that was good. Overall chill place. Parking was tight.

Great Vibes and Great beer! Definitely coming back. A couple of friends were sitting outside and had a section to ourselves to vibe around. There was a food truck available for us which I heard there’s different ones that come by depending on the day. We had pizza available for us that night. Nice place to chill and relax, didn’t see anyone getting too drunk or causing issues.

Great vibes and an awesome spot to get together with friends. We were able to grab our own space, relax, and just hang out and chat without feeling crowded or rushed. The atmosphere is super laid-back and perfect for catching up over some really good beer. The staff is friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. There was even a food truck outside, which was a nice bonus and made it easy to stay awhile. It’s definitely one of those places you can chill for hours. Overall, a great place to unwind and enjoy good company.

We joined some older friends who were visiting from home here. It was a good rep of things we like about the area, and they did not have to go out too far. really excellent service, they have some great brews on tap, I loved the seasonal, and look forward to trying more, well, at each change of season! Good pricing, nice clean place to relax in.

Monkish has delicious beer! First visit here was just what I needed. Staff were welcoming and very knowledgeable. Their service speed was top notch and very attentive. I wish the tap list was a lot bigger, but honestly I attempted to try everything and I failed plus got drunk. Totally worth it, each beer was unique in a phenomenal way. Their inside was wide open and comfy place to chill, but the outside was the best. A random food business was set up outside the patio fence, they had amazing tacos. This is one of my favorite places to chill before hitting up the airport. Overall if you love beer come here you won’t be disappointed!

A iconic brewery for their IPA and Belgian style beer with a small ordering room and a beer garden with food truck. The menu is predominantly IPAs and Belgian style beer and their hazy IPA is arguably one of the best in the region.

Stopped by Monkish recently and honestly it lived up to the hype. Their hazy IPAs are some of the best I’ve had in a long time. Super fresh, incredibly smooth, packed with flavor without feeling overly heavy or gimmicky. You can tell they really care about what they’re brewing here. What stood out most was the variety and uniqueness of the beer selection. It feels like a place made by people who genuinely love craft beer and want to experiment while still keeping everything balanced and drinkable. Great atmosphere too. Definitely worth the stop if you’re into hazy IPAs or just want something different from the usual brewery lineup.
