Every time the city came out for an inspection, Carter made sure one of their experienced technicians was on-site to meet with the inspector, answer any technical questions, and ensure everything passed inspection without any issues. Josh from the HVAC team was great! He identified the problem, and got to work quickly after approval. Because the problem with my AC was electrical, the root was still present after his fix so he got right to diagnosing the real problem after he fixed the symptoms. Found the root, made his recommendations and executed flawlessly after approval. These guys have the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time! Honestly, I was skeptical at first because I had gotten other quotes before deciding to go with Carter. They came in lower which made me think it might lower quality, but it turns out that the other quotes were just gouging and Carter is the real deal. All in, I paid less, got better service faster and back to a normal household in one day! I’m signing up for their recurring service!

Lance was awesome. He was professional, honest insightful and friendly. He gave me his honest opinion about upgrading my current electrical system given the way the circuits were designed back 30 years ago. He also fixed my dining room switch and was pretty specific about the repair (making sure it looked clean and wasn’t a hodgepodge job). He cleaned up the area afterwards. He also rejiggered one of the circuit breaker that caused my entire garage electrical systems to go out. One of the electricians that came out the day before was giving some BS repair they needed to do when it just needed a little more resetting of the circuit breaker. Thank you Carter Services for your honesty.

Our hot water heater stopped working so we called Carter Services. They immediately came out, diagnosed the problem, and explained our options. We decided to switch to a tankless water heater and were given a competitive price for both parts and labor. The technicians were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, punctual, and communicative. They hauled away the old water heater and patched and painted so beautifully you'd never know a water heater had been there. Highly recommend Carter Services!

Our electrician Lance Raby was great. Went above and beyond. He gave me a lot of information about the electrical in our new home. Especially potential problems and solutions. Extremely talented in his craft. And a really nice guy. I highly recommend him. John Francis

I had an ice build up/defroster issue with my KitchenAid refrigerator. My first instinct was to call the repair professionals at Carter Appliance......and I am happy I did!! I scheduled an appointment and their technician Isac Buenrostro arrived at the agreed to time. Isac was punctual, professional, knowledable and experienced. He quickly diagnosed my issue and ordered a replacement defroster fan and associated parts. Once the parts arrived Isac returned to remove and replace the worn out items. After their replacement, the refrigerator held temperature as required. However, the new fan was abnormally noisy. Carter Appliance gladly replaced the fan with a new unit under warranty at no charge. Carter Appliance stands behind their work!! My regrigerator is cold and my fan is silent!! Thanks Carter Appliance and thank you Isac!!! BTW - I hope you had a great weekend fishing!!

I’ve previously rated these individuals for their electrical work, but I need to address the plumbing aspect. I recently replaced my hot water heater with a tankless water heater. Both the plumbers and electricians who performed this task are incredibly talented and knowledgeable. They’re not only skilled but also very pleasant people. I can’t express enough how impressed I am with Carter Services and the exceptional individuals they send out to perform their work.

Made an appointment with Carter Services yesterday to repair my microwave. An AI assistant assured me they repaired Lg microwaves, gave me a 2:00-6:00 pm window and told me that the tech would call or text before he came. I kept calling to make sure the tech was coming, and I was assured he was. HE NEVER CAME. I waited for 4 hours. Apparently, no one bothered to tell the AI assistant that THE BUSINESS WAS CLOSED YESTERDAY AND THAT THERE WERE NO APPOINTMENTS!!!! Never again.
