Orleans Bistro and Bar

This Cajun restaurant was a great surprise and a really fun dining experience. The place has a very American style with a relaxed, casual atmosphere that perfectly matches the bold Southern flavors. I had a Cajun gumbo served with rice, rich, hearty, and full of deep, smoky flavor. The dish was comforting and well balanced, exactly what you expect from authentic Cajun cuisine. The highlight was the fried meat on the side, which turned out to be alligator. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and surprisingly delicious. Definitely something unique and worth trying. Portions were generous and everything tasted freshly prepared. The service was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The staff were happy to explain the dishes and made the whole visit feel relaxed and enjoyable. Another big plus is the spacious parking, which makes stopping by easy and convenient. On top of that, the location offers a view of the Kennedy Space Center, adding a really unique touch to the experience. Overall, a fantastic spot for Cajun food lovers and anyone looking for a true American dining experience with great service and a memorable setting.

We absolutely love sitting at the huge bar. It’s the heart of the restaurant and truly captures those authentic New Orleans vibes. Whether you're grabbing a drink or staying for dinner, the energy is always right. ​The Food: The chicken tenders were surprisingly delicious—perfectly cooked and flavorful. We’ve tried several other items on the menu as well, and everything has been pretty good. ​The Experience: The decor and the layout make it a perfect spot for a casual date night or a fun hangout with friends. ​We will definitely be back for more!

First time here and WOW!!!! First off our server Matt was great, friendly, responsive!! First the Cajun Jalapeño Poppers are the real deal, “fresh” jalapeños, none of that frozen stuff, filled with pork, rice, cheese, bartered and fried to a crunchy deliciousness!!! The Red Beans and Rice are off the chain, huge serving and so flavorful with cornbread!! The Cajun Andouille Sausage Burger was fabulous, juicy, cheddar and fresh jalapeños on top, a great sandwich for sure!! The Beignets are incredible, perfectly cooked, dusted with the right amount of powdered sugar, and the Bread Pudding is to die for with a oh so good Whisky Sauce on top

Emma was KIND, ATTENTIVE, FAST, and SO INFORMATIVE. We started with a bucket of fries and wings(FRESH AND DELICIOUS) For Main I got a Jambalaya and she got Cajun Linguini(AMAZING) all 10 outta 10. We got there pretty late so it was quiet and the atmosphere was fantastic. Already planning on coming back to try more food. If you are in the Titusville area give yourself the blessing of coming to this restaurant. Make sure you ask for Emma she will treat you like family.

Really good. Shrimp and crawfish etoufee for my wife and orleans signature pasta for me. The flavor on each unique The etoufee was spicier with rich rue. The creamy pasta was perfectly spiced with blackened shrimp, chicken and andouille sausage. We even bought a jambalaya to go with a third flavor. Too many places taste like they’re all out of the same pot, not here. Also recommend the fresh baked bread pudding with the whiskey sauce. Thanks Troy - Fabulous!

We had such a great experience here on Cinco de Mayo! I came with my family and everything from the food to the service was amazing. I had the shrimp tacos and a margarita, and everything was flavorful and absolutely delicious. A big thank you to our waitress, Caitlyn, who was so friendly, attentive, and brought such a fun, lively energy to our table. She really made the experience even better. My dad ordered the NOLA gumbo, and he couldn’t stop talking about how good it was! We also had the pleasure of meeting Chef Epi, who came out to greet us. He was incredibly kind and personable, and you can tell he takes pride in his food. The restaurant itself was clean, comfortable, and had a great atmosphere. The music and temperature were just right, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time together. Overall, this is a great spot for a family gathering. The pricing was very reasonable for the quality and experience we had. We’ll definitely be back!

Been only once so far. Will try again with friends. I had the cheeseburger, not sure of the blend of ground beef but it was a little dry but still tasty. Mac and cheese was good and they give you plenty. Friend had the poboy. If you like spicy you will like it. He had a side of the gumbo which was very flavorful and spicy. Our server was really nice and helped us decide what to get. Atmosphere is great and looks great.

Olivia was great. Our first time here, we always saw the cars outside and thought it would Be super loud inside but the eating area is far enough from the bar areas you hardly hear any noise. Food was great the rib eye was well seasoned and cooked perfectly medium rare. . Shrimp and crawfish grits super creamy great flavor. Give them a try we’re glad we did and will be going back soon
