The absolute best ACE I've ever been in. Lots of parking. Immediately greeted when we walked in and given precise directions to what we needed. Two salespeople were in the aisle of the item we needed and again, they pointed out where the sprinkler adjustment tool was located. We had time to burn, so we walked around the store, it has wide aisles, clean and well stocked. At checkout we were greeted by a very nice young lady who genuinely enjoyed her job. Who ever owns this franchise should give lectures to other franchisees on running an ideal ACE.
I would love to give this store a 5. The staff is amazing. Knowledgeable, helpful. The store is well stocked. I love that they have a nice marine supplies section. The big BUT is you have to be cognizant of what you should be paying for an item. One big difference between Ace Hardware stores and other big box retailers is they are franchises. They can price however they like. After I discovered how badly I overpaid for a few items, I started scanning barcodes to get price comparisons. The most painful example was a bilge pump I paid $40 too much for. Ouch. That was one of at least 3 examples I checked. Do your do diligence before you go to the cash register. Otherwise this is a fantastic store.
I have visited the Ace Hardware in Titusville, FL several times, and each experience has been consistently excellent. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help with whatever you’re looking for. Whether it’s finding a specific item or getting guidance on a project, the employees take the time to assist without hesitation.
Their customer service is dependable across visits, which speaks to the strong culture of professionalism at this location. The store is well‑organized, easy to navigate, and staffed by people who clearly take pride in what they do.

The Ace Hardware here in Titusville has been very very helpful especially the worker Jo-jo, she helped me extensively find the correct Parts I needed to finish my MATV system at my house.
Not everything is available out here near the coast but Aces become my new place to shop.
Nice selection of sporting goods and household items! Prices are about what you would expect from a True Value but the staff is exceptional! You don't get that at the big box stores!

Every visit I have had shopping at Ace has been nothing but pleasant. All the employees beginning with a warm smile from entrance greeting, representatives always near by to ask if u need help, to check out clerks assuring u found everything & to wish u a beautiful day we look forward to u shopping with us again. Very unusual for a company to check all the boxes.
