Amazing experience at HUB apartments in Orlando! Perfect location, right next to Publix and ideally situated near UCF. The apartments are beautifully decorated, modern, and perfectly designed for students.

Best UCF housing if you have a car. Bedroom and closet size is fair and bathrooms are spacious. Property is routinely maintained and the maintenance team responds to work orders quickly, no matter what priority (Shoutout to Jose). The property manager (Angela) is very competent and helpful.
Hi, if any UCF or Valencia students are looking for off campus housing and would like to live at the Hub Orlando please contact me. My daughter is graduating earlier than expected so we are looking to break her lease. The apartment is a 3x3, everyone has their own room and bathroom. She has the grand room in the apartment (the biggest room offered in the complex) on the 3rd floor of building 1 (where the pool and all other amenities are located, game room, lounge and study area, mail room, etc) facing the pool and the apartment has a balcony. Because she’s signing the lease over you’d be welcome to move in at anytime, earlier than the new comers (before August) if you want. The apartment complex has a pool, hot tub, 24hr gym, sauna room, grill, game room, study rooms with individual study pods, and many more amenities that she enjoyed while staying. They also offer many community activities throughout each month to the residents like waffle Wednesday’s, taco Tuesdays, they have days where they give pizza, popcorn, etc. It’s a gated community, you need a fob to get in each door, from the garage into the building, from the pool into the building, and to enter all elevators. Maintenance is same day response and security comes over night, and the trash valet is everyday so all the residents do is set their trash bin by the door. The hub has their own shuttle that runs from 7-9:50 to and from UCF. My daughter truly loved living here. PLEASE CONTACT ME IF INTERESTED! University of Central Florida Valencia College
Arlanni was incredible throughout the entire leasing process! She was always quick to answer any questions I had, helped resolve any issue that came up, and made the whole experience stress-free. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience!!
Lived here for 3 years almost. Was good for the most part but not all perfect.
Negatives: An odd experience my roommates and I had was us calling maintenance to fix our water filter, they came took the old filter and didn’t replace it, then a few days/week later hub sends an email saying residents will be charged for filters. Wifi also goes down like once or twice a week.
Positives: Other than the water filter, maintenance has treated us very well. Our washer and dryer broke and it wasn’t long until it was replaced with much newer ones. Notices of when anyone is coming to the apartment whether it’s routine inspection or maintenance is great for keeping us informed and not in the dark. Residents here are great. Lots of events going on every month. No reserved parking (a pro for me might not be for you). Amenities are fantastic. The gym is a great for someone who wants decent machines, cardio equipment, and dumbbells (goes up to 100 IB). Pool area is beautiful. Fun arcade and pool table in the lobby. Staff has always been able to assist with what I’ve needed. I also feel safe here as hub has demonstrated they can handle unfavorable situations and prevent escalation. There’s only been one major situation I’ve witnessed in my time here and I believe Hub handled it as best as they could.
The wifi is the biggest issue for me, but it hasn’t ruined the experience here. Overall 8/10.
Been living here for a few months now and I have nothing to complain about. The maintenance is amazing. If an issue arises(which is not often) the maintenance appears instantly after a request is sent. My experience with Jose specifically has always been 10/10. Definitely recommend living here if you’re a college student!!
Gabriel from maintenance was extremely helpful and responsive when our AC had issues. He came right away even though it was Memorial Day and the office was closed, fixed the problem quickly, and took the time to clearly explain what was going on. We really appreciated his professionalism and help.
