I have had multiple experiences with SMW, & have been extremely pleased with their service. I had first contacted them at night in the peak of summer when my AC went out, as recommended to me by the person I purchased my house from. The account was in the previous owner's name. SMW very generously offered to transfer the account to my name with the permission of the previous owner. The tech guided me over the phone, so I could temporarily fix the problem to get through the night, without being charged an additional fee for him to come out outside of working hours. I was not charged a penny for the work that was done the next day. Following that, my AC was serviced regularly with no additional charge. When the contract expired, I agreed to renew the contract, as I found it was very reasonable for the great service provided. The office staff & techs are very friendly & honest. Very few companies these days have a personal touch & truly care. SMW is surely one of those few. I highly recommend them.

I have had a maintenance contract with SMW refrigeration for many years and I’ve never been disappointed. Unfortunately, my old air conditioner became too expensive to repair and I decided to buy a new one. Besides my known track record with SMW, I also checked their status on the Better Business Bureau and they are rated A+ and with one of their suppliers who said they are a very good and reputable firm. The bid I got from them was not the lowest, but not the highest either, and they threw in several perks such as an extended maintenance contract. So, I purchased a new split system from them and we are very happy with everything including the installation. The person I worked with primarily was David Rodriguez, who has also been doing most of our maintenance calls and he’s straight shooter. He didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t want or couldn’t afford and told me the pros and cons of everything and answered all my questions. Everything was done very professionally and I even got a follow up call from David to see how the install went. HVAC Systems are expensive, no matter who you buy from and customer relationships and installation are very important. SMW took good care of us.

Good communicators, kind, efficient, and took care of the issue in a way well beyond the level of service I have seen from other HVAC companies. Avoid the big name HVAC companies that do sleazy sales tactics and service plans like some used car dealership. Work with SMW instead and you will see pretty quickly that they run their business different than other companies. Very happy with our experience with them and are going to be using them for all future needs and recommending them to friends and family. No complaints and their reviews seem to reflect that this is a common experience for customers!

My experience with SMW has always been excellent, yesterday was no exception. Nathan and Nick the technicians were thorough, explained everything very personable and kind. I would recommend SMW to anyone without hesitation.

Wonderful experience. SMW has been an excellent experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend David to inspect and maintain your hvac system. He is thorough, honest and patient when explaining his findings. He even takes pictures if there is a problem to better explain the issue.

I recently had SMW Refrigeration out for a spring tune-up on our two AC units and attic air handlers, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Nate did an outstanding job from start to finish. He was incredibly meticulous, taking the time to foam clean the coils and thoroughly test every electrical component to ensure everything was running perfectly. Beyond his technical skills, Nate was friendly, personable, and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing throughout the process. It’s rare to find someone who takes that much pride in their work. Highly recommend SMW if you want the job done right!

I have positive experience with the technician who maintained HVAC system as well as AC system. I was informed that I needed to replace the air scrubber that cost me pricey. I was upset but found out that the bulb is under the warranty so it will be replaced. My advice to any customers to consider air scrubber REME brand to consider have 2nd thought as it is not durable product. It is getting expensive to replace every 3-4 years. Not worthy to invest. Better quality of filter may take care of this matter that has nothing to do with the SMW's quality of service.
