We visited this incredible park today, and I’m still amazed. I’ve never seen so many daffodils in one place, it felt like walking through a sea of golden blooms. Right now is the perfect time to catch them in full bloom, and the whole park looks absolutely magical. If you’re thinking about going, don’t hesitate. This is something you truly don’t want to miss. Make sure to come and see the daffodils while they’re at their best!

Visitor notes
We planned our visit in advance expecting to see a beautiful daffodil display, but unfortunately it did not meet expectations. While there are still a few flowers in bloom, many are already past their peak, and several areas look dry and not well maintained (as shown in the photos). For a $10 admission per person, this did not feel like a good value for the time or cost. I hope organizers consider improving timing or being more transparent about current conditions so visitors can plan accordingly
Reeves-Reed Arboretum is easily one of the best proposal locations in New Jersey. What makes it stand out is how natural everything feels. Nothing is overly staged, and that makes a huge difference when you’re trying to create a real moment instead of something that feels forced. The daffodil bowl in the spring is incredible. It gives you a setting that feels special without needing to overcomplicate anything. I recently photographed a surprise proposal here and it couldn’t have come together better. The space gives you room to keep it private, while still feeling visually strong in photos. If you’re planning a proposal and want something that feels real, simple, and meaningful, this is a great spot to do it.
Finally the improvement project is complete and it's beautiful. An incredible public garden to visit with the family and there's no cost for admittance.
Beautiful grounds; I definitely want to return in warmer weather, but I'm so glad I finally got to see the Daffodil Bowl! The staff was very friendly.
We passed by this arboretum on the way to South Mountain. The flower garden was astonishing on their own with quite a large variety of plants and winding paths through the fields. I enjoyed the side area with the classrooms and hope to see more like it in the future The nature hikes were all very short and a bit difficult to find. There was not many unique plants on the hikes, but perhaps it can be combined somehow in the future
This is a charming little spot to spend an hour or so. I went with my daughter and was so impressed at the plant identification and care that goes into maintaining this gem. There is limited parking inside the fence although signs say you can park on the street nearby. We went on a weekday and there was ample spots. There are walking paths and spots within the gardens to enjoy a picnic lunch. I appreciated some of the accessible walkways since I have a tricky knee. Not all pathways have railings, but are shorter in length and marked. Most are well shaded for the warmer days. There are countless flowers, foliage, and art to be appreciated. We drove about an hour for this day trip and I'm so glad we did! There is nearby shopping in the area if you wanted to make a longer day of it. I'm so glad I added this to our summer daytrip list!
Visited this lovely tea room and it was such a charming spot with a beautiful garden! Everything was beautifully organized and the tea sets were just too cute! The scones were so yum! I’m all about the vibe, and this place had plenty of it! Host was kind and welcoming, and everyone I met added to the friendly atmosphere. I would definitely go back, especially when the weather is cooler. I love such cute places.
