I recently leased a 2026 Nissan Murano, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. The staff were professional, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured. They answered all of my questions, worked out a deal with me, explained the financing options clearly, and made the paperwork process extremely smooth and efficient. There was a minor setback due to it being the weekend and after hours, with my credit approval, but everything was taken care of first thing Monday morning and car was delivered to me personally, early that afternoon .. I felt confident that I made the right decision.. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a stress-free car buying experience, and I will definitely consider them again for future purchases. Nissan of Staten Island treated me great! Walked in around 4pm with my financed vehicle and was out the door driving home in my new leased 2026 Nissan Murano. Christiano is the guy to contact, down to earth, understanding and real. Igor the manager worked with me to get my payments where I needed them to be. Finally, Tommy wraped it all up with a smooth and easy deal signing that took about 15 mins. One of the quickest and easiest car buys I have ever been a part of. My mother had previously visited another Nissan dealership in Brooklyn where she felt pressured and was treated poorly. She decided to come to Island Nissan instead, and the difference was night and day. The team treated her with respect, worked with her to get a great deal, and made the entire experience enjoyable. Because of her experience, I decided to give them a try—even though I still had about a year and a half remaining on my Kia lease. When I met with the finance manager, I jokingly said, “Good luck trying to get me out of my car.” He smiled and replied, “Let me try.” Honestly, I didn’t think there was any way the numbers would work with so much time left on my lease. To my surprise, he came back with an excellent deal that made financial sense, and there was absolutely zero pressure to move forward. They took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and let me make the decision on my own. That’s exactly how buying a car should feel. I ended up driving home in a new 2026.5 Nissan Rogue Platinum, and I couldn’t be happier with both the vehicle and the buying experience. This was my first time using Staten Island Nissan and they didn’t disappoint. I first checked them out on a Sunday night on their site and inquired about pricing and they called me back first thing on Monday. They were helpful on the phone, making sure when I came in I didn’t have to wait. Within 2 hours I test drove and got a good deal on the car. They even delivered it to my daughter’s house where I was babysitting my grandson. They were ALL friendly especially my main salesman Anthony. He was very concerned that I was happy in every aspect.
