Easy to navigate. Thankfully. The test modules are intense at times. The way they word things are very tricky. I found myself constantly yelling into the air, "when will this end?" Overall, great experience. Utilizing the website is very simple. Very pleased I chose NTSI.
Well designed course. Went through defensive driving. Gave many ways to deal with situations that can turn aggressive when behind the wheel. Makes you understand that it is not just how you can minupliat the vehicle. Its mostly being self aware of your own responses to all the different types of situations you will.go through as a professional driver.
I completed the 5 hour pre-Licensing course and i am so glad i chose you guys.. for the mere fact that I could listen instead of just reading alone made it stress free and easy to breeze through. The quiz at the end of each module was very helpful as well.

It wasn't that difficult to do. Wish I had known that you had to let it count down in order to take the test for each module. That would have been helpful to know.
I took the online defensive driving course on the 4th of March which was Wednesday, and I just took the certificate out of the mail box. The course had changed a little from 2019 when I took it last, but still user friendly. I did 7 modules on March 3rd and finished the last one the next morning.Love the fact you can do it at your own pace, not to mention the discount and points reduction. I love NTSI.
