I went to this vet clinic with a very stressful situation with my dog. My family and my dog were treated with such great respect I was actually taken back. From the front staff , the vet and the techs updating me in the evening all were amazing. They went above and beyond what was needed to help and make the situation as comfortable and pleasant as possible. I would highly recommend them !

Both times I’ve been to Stuebner Airline Veterinary Hospital have been great experiences. They are incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly care about our fur babies. During my most recent visit, I brought in a litter of rescued kittens. While many other vets wanted to charge full price for each kitten individually, they worked with me and charged one price for all three, which I truly appreciated. They performed full checkups, provided antibiotic ointment for their eyes, and took the time to explain important milestones and care information for each kitten. The staff was so kind and caring throughout the entire visit. I’m very grateful for this vet hospital and also love how convenient the location is. Highly recommend!

Sadly, will be looking for a new vet. My first couple of years there were great. Loved the staff and doctors. I referred anyone who needed a vet to them. The last few visits were disappointing. Rotating vets, never the same one twice, no one introduces themselves, and the last vet I had (name escapes me) barely examined my big guy. Haven't filled out any of the surveys recently because several less positive experiences shouldn't alter several years of good relationship. This morning's visit solidified my decision to start looking for new care. I was going in for a simple lepto booster. 8:00am appointment. Arrived 5 minutes early (if you're on time, you're late!), shown immediately to room. 15 minutes later, two young techs entered. No hello, good morning, just "put him on the ground so he doesn't fall" (I get that, he's a nervous 80 lbs), a quick shot (15 seconds max) and told to wait for someone to check me out. Fifteen minutes later, one of the tech reenters and says I have a card on file and can go. I understand if there was a pet emergency, but I certainly didn't get the impression that was the case. Thirty minutes for a 15 second shot, no vet needed. As I've said, I've had several years of great care, the last year or so though, things seem to have changed. The personal touch is surely gone, but the disregard for the clients time (and lack of acknowledgment of same) is the deciding factor for a switch. Side note, I don't remember signing an authorization to keep card on file. I may have, but didn't even get a receipt or was asked if I wanted one. So, $77.00 (for a booster!!!) hit my card. Update: I received a receipt via email.

I had a great experience with this veterinary team. Dr Lampart and her team took care of my baby in a timely and professional manner. They spayed her and kept us updated throughout the entire process, communicating with us every step of the way. They explained the situation clearly, answered our questions, and gave us options so we could make the best decision for our pet. Their compassion, honesty, and care meant a lot during a very stressful time. I truly appreciate everything they did for her and would highly recommend this vet to anyone looking for a team that genuinely cares about their animals and their owners.

Yesterday was pur 2nd visit, we adopted a puppy recently, and I didn't know where to go, and have a trust Vet. They are very professional and affordable, this 2 times we didn't take forever to help us, and they always are very kind. I was surprised when I discovered they opened on Saturday early and during the week as well. It's very easy make an appointment. Definitely we are gonna stay with them.

Dr. Amanda Lampart is always kind and easy to understand, and she takes great care of all my pets. This time she treated my Princess Peach with such attention and care that the medication is working and she’s improving. Highly recommend!

Over the years we've always had multiple pets and have gone to several veterinary hospitals in different the area. Stuebner Airline Veterinary hospital is by far my favourite of all of them. They make it easy to schedule an appointment (either online or by phone) and they generally have appointments available either the same day or the next day. The clinic itself is beautiful & clean. All the clinic staff are super friendly and helpful. We usually see Dr Ruff (yes that is actually her real name) and she is very kind and compassionate. However, on a last visit we saw Dr. Schmidt and he was also wonderful and kind. Every vet I have seen has been great about discussing treatment options. They understand that veterinary care can be out of reach financially for many people and they don't pressure you or try to upsell more services. They also offer nail trims as one of their services. If you have a dog that is impossible to trim them, that is such a life saver. They did a beautiful job on our aged Whippet's nails. I plan to return every 6 weeks or so to keep with them.

Sally is always safe and well cared for at Stuebner Airline Veterinary Hospital. I know that she is treated as family and that the will always look for her best interests. I want to thank Inger, Dr. Schmidt and all of the staff for their professionalism and loving care of Sally.
