Regal Towers

My experience with Regal Towers has been extremely disappointing. Throughout my tenancy, I dealt with multiple maintenance and habitability concerns that left me feeling unheard and frustrated. Despite bringing issues to management's attention, I often felt like my concerns were not taken seriously. The situation eventually became so stressful that it resulted in court proceedings. While the case was ultimately dismissed, the experience highlighted just how difficult communication and resolution had become. I believe every tenant deserves a safe, well-maintained place to live and responsive management when problems arise. Unfortunately, that was not my experience at Regal Towers. I hope management takes resident concerns more seriously moving forward and works to improve both maintenance response and tenant relations.

I reported having an issue with my toilet not flushing properly. TI came by and fixed it up no issue! He was super cordial and respectful of my time. Maintenance team here is awesome

Starting Friday, I had an issue with the power and I think it was caused by the stove. Even through my frustration and irritability with the situation as it completely inconvenience me this entire weekend, TI did his best to try to get the issue rectify. He was able to install the new appliance and ask of now I have not had any other issues. I am also sending this review because out of anger I did leave a review a few days ago that wasn’t too pleasant, and I don’t want that to impact anyone when the issue is really outside of their control. Thank you again TI for your assistance.

TI is a very reliable maintenance man. He was only supposed to fix the closet but also did the toilet that was broken for two days simply because he felt sorry that it’s been an ongoing issue and didn’t want to leave me stranded or wait for another maintenance person. He was calm, proactive and very helpful. I’m grateful for him. God bless you TI.

I had a great visit with Shanice. She was very nice, welcoming, and extremely informative throughout the tour. She took the time to show me all of the amenities and explained everything clearly, even in the cold weather, which I really appreciated. She made the experience comfortable and answered all my questions. Overall, it was a great first impression of the community.

T.I the maintenance guy was really fast when I submitted a maintenance request. He came within the hour of me submitting a work order and he fixed the issue within minutes. Very kind and hard worker! Thank you!

Thomas from maintenance did an amazing job fixing my bathroom. He was professional, respectful, and got everything done in a timely manner. He made sure everything was working properly before leaving and the repair looks great. I really appreciate his help and positive attitude.

Thank God for TI! Not even 2 days after moving into our unit and problems emerged. We were given a task sheet to document potential maintenance problems but before submitting it, our kitchen sink pipe burst. We had just come home from the grocery store so it was definitely frustrating! Thank you so much! Turns out, alot of our plumbing wasn't done properly. TI not only explained the issue, but communicated solutions in a clear manner with utter patience and concern. Me and my husband appreciate you greatly!!
