disturbed to see them selling live mice as feed. this is cruel and unethical. feed your snakes SOURCIBLY CAUGHT FROZEN prey that is euthanized. why put a poor animal through horrific pain, thats simply evil. and all for $10 or less of profit?? I am seriously in shock, mice are living beings who feel pain just as we do. will not come back to PPS until this is DONE, and awareness will be spread on social media.

We love getting our dog food, snacks, and treats from here! They carry brands that you cant get delivered from Chewy or box stores. We have our dog on Fromm so he can switch flavors without getting sick. He loves it. He likes going in and seeing everyone and sniffing all the things. They have a wide selection of dog food (cant speak to other animals as I only have a dog). The staff is always friendly!

Wonderful place with great staff. Staff are very knowledgeable and can answer questions about their product. Our golden retriever feels like VIP every time he comes here. He goes right behind the counter looking for free hand outs. 🐶❤️

Whats nice about this location is I live a little ways away. And my location didn't have what I needed in stock. They called this location and they had one. The girl was super helpful and verified the item was physically there and placed it aside for me to make the trip. Parking was no issue. When you walk inside they have a cool pond feature toward the entrance and all the staff shortly after opening greeted me and quickly knew what I needed , where it was and I was out the door in less then ten minutes. Thank you again for helping me out !

Great friendly , family owned place. I adopted 2 kittens and they explained the products and gave me some full size products and litter to get me started for free. The shelves are very neat and fully stocked and they will help answer all your questions very helpful and worth stopping in. And they make you feel like your family great job to all of you . Ill be back.

I won't go anyplace else for my dogs food and treats. The staff are always friendly and helpful. My dog always loves to go for the car ride and exploring the store and I appreciate that he is welcome to walk around.

The absolute best pet store on the planet! Whenever I have questions, I always feel confident that the answers the employees give me are accurate and reliable. I love how educated they are, it really shows how much the company and each employee cares about our pets!

We adopted our little girl, now named Lucy Gray (Cranberry Sauce) almost 2 months ago now. It was one of the best things we could have done. She is so loving and perfect for our family. I just wanted to thank the staff, from the Manager to both front employees that I interacted with (I wish I remembered everyone's name). They made our adoption process smooth and easy. I called ahead and they had Lucy Gray ready for me when I got there. They offered me a wonderful adoption package that came with everything we needed for her for free. Everyone was just extremely nice and helpful. I would recommend this pet store anyday of the week. We love our little Lucy Gray. She was really skinny when we adopted her. She has gained nearly 4 pounds since then. She has a very healthy diet routine now. Also, one of the things that her bio said online when we found her adoption page was that she never wanted to spend another night in the cold or have another missed meal. I can reassure you that will never again. She is doing wonderful and having a blast with her new family. Thank you so much again for our new little one. I added some photos.
