Fashion Square Car Wash & Oil Change

First, let me state I have been going to this place for over 8 years and have NEVER had a problem until now. Today, however, was the first time I used their oil change service that also included a FREE FULL SERVICE car wash. When I asked if this full service car wash did the inside and outside of my car he said "yes." I went inside and before I paid, asked again just to make sure it included the INSIDE and outside of the car. She stated yes. $200 later, apparently I need to pay extra to wipe down my mats now???? Because when I go home I noticed that my indoor/outdoor mats in my jeep wrangler were never touched. So I called up let the girl on the phone know. She said to look at my receipt to make sure it states "full service" because that includes the inside. It did. Then she tells me that if there is dirt or mud on the mats I have to pay EXTRA. Excuse me, but why do I need to pay extra for dirty mats when the ENTIRE reason for me paying to have my Jeep clean is because it's dirty? I don't off road, it's just a normal dirty jeep. As you see from the pictures a quick wipe down would have solved the issue of my car going from dirty to clean which is the purpose of getting my car wash. Looks like I need to find a new place to get my car cleaned because I'm not about to continue going to a place that is going to nickel and dime me because I'm bringing a dirty car to a car wash to get cleaned. Ridiculous

I've visited Fashion Square Car Wash in Sherman Oaks twice in recent months, and both experiences have been outstanding. Today, I took advantage of their Father's Day special and received their "Best of the Best" Full Service Car Wash at an incredible 50% discount. A special shout-out to Giselle, the cashier, who is always sparkling, friendly, and exceptionally helpful. She goes above and beyond to make the entire experience easy, pleasant, and welcoming from the moment you arrive. I also want to recognize Orlando, who handled the finishing touches on my vehicle after today's wash. His thoroughness, attention to detail, and pride in his work were evident, and my car looked fantastic when he was finished. It's refreshing to find a business where both the quality of the service and the quality of the people consistently exceed expectations. Great job all the way around, and I highly recommend Fashion Square Car Wash in Sherman Oaks to anyone looking for excellent service and outstanding results.

Recently found out about this spot and was eager to try out their detailing services as I do not own a home which most detailers ask you do to get access to water. Anyways, yesterday, 02/21/26, I went a bit late to my appointment. I asked if it was possible to still do a complete detail as it was 3 hours more or less to closing. They looked at it and said yes, pay inside. Listen my car was messy, I wasn't expecting miracles but I was hoping a better job than this. I noticed at night they didn't vacuum properly in the back, nor did they cleaned most of the exterior. I only showed some of the mess left behind as I do not want to keep searching..too much disappointment. If it wasn't for their amazing pricing and their kindness/customer service during the process, I would be giving this place a 1. Go early y'all and double check before you leave even if it's closing time. Also if the company is reading this transparency & honesty needs to be worked on! I'm 5 months pregnant and would have not minded being told come back tomorrow or even told come back tomorrow, we'll finish at a discount price or something.. but I guess I'll accept my loss for now. I love this place. They do a great job of detailing my car. I have a membership so I can simply drive through and get the express wash and I love that there are people there to quickly wipe down my car at the end. On a need to basis, I will do get the best of the best. They will vacuum the car, run it thru the wash and then someone will take the time to dry and clean the inside. I make sure to tip them for this.

I brought my car in on October 19th and ended up with scratches all over the paint. The manager made me pay for another wash just so he could “see the damage,” then only buffed one door and tried to sell me another package for the rest. When the door was buffed, another worker admitted the scratches happened because they didn’t properly remove dirt from the rain the day before. They are essentially admitting fault but refuse to take responsibility. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but this was extremely rude, unprofessional, and disappointing. Don’t bring your expensive cars here. Thank you for your detailed response. While I appreciate your follow-up and the goodwill offers, I must respectfully disagree with your conclusion. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and have never had any issues until the visit on October 19. The swirl scratches appeared immediately after the hand wash, and one of your own employees mentioned that because it had rained the day before, the car still had residual dirt that should have been rinsed off first — which likely caused the scratching. I didn’t want to put that employee in a difficult position, but I think it’s important to mention since it shows this was not “normal wear and tear.” I also want to clarify that I didn’t “inspect and leave satisfied.” I didn’t notice the damage until I got home, which is why I called right away to report it. Given how noticeable the marks are and how well I maintain my car, it’s clear they weren’t there before the wash. At this point, I’m simply asking that the business take responsibility for the damage and handle it through your insurance provider or cover the cost of a professional correction detail at an outside shop of my choosing. I’ve always supported your business and hope we can resolve this fairly. Please let me know how you’d like to proceed

I’ve been coming to Fashion Square Car Wash for the last 10 years and the service has always been hit or miss. Sometimes they do an amazing job, which is why I keep coming back and usually pay for the “ Best of the Best” wash. I went yesterday (Sunday) to use my 50% off Mother’s Day coupon and was surprised to hear there’s now an extra $10 fee just to wipe down the dashboard and center console. That feels like it should already be included in a full-service wash, especially at the higher price point. Disappointing for a loyal customer.

I love coming to this Car Wash the staff is super friendly, I love looking at all the cool little things in the store. Everything is always finished in a timely manner! Not to mention how awesome all their coupons are. I found out about this place from the lady that I work with and now this is my place! I definitely recommend this Car Wash over any others that I’ve been to in the valley!

Great service in Sherman Oaks! The oil change was fast, the staff was friendly, and the whole experience was smooth. I also had my engine and cabin air filters replaced. Highly recommended!
