Dojo Sushi

This is one of our regular sushi spots, and it’s always consistently good. The sushi is very fresh, the service is fast, and the music is always really приятная and relaxing. It’s one of those places where you always leave full, happy, and already planning to come back again.

I always drive by this spot and I’m so glad I finally decided to stop by and check them out. This is my new favorite sushi spot in the valley—great food, good vibes, and amazing service. My husband and I ordered it all: hot sake, miso soup, Spicy garlic edamame, Brussel sprouts, Salmon lime roll, Spicy rice tuna, Soft shell crab, Dodgers roll (not on the menu), Salmon collar, Albacore belly, halibut, and king salmon sashimi, Baked crab hand roll, Special lobster roll , Yellowtail and jalapeño sashimi, Mio sparkling sake, and Green tea tempura ice cream. Everything was sooo fresh and delicious. I have to say my favorites were the sparkling sake, Brussel sprouts, Dodgers roll, all of the sashimi, baked crab hand roll, special lobster roll, and green tea tempura ice cream. Tommy the sushi chef recommended and made us the best dishes and Air was a fantastic server. I’m so excited to have found Dojo sushi and this will now be my new go to when I want a quick trip to Tokyo in the valley. Check it out for yourself and see if you agree.

Are regular sushi spot was closed and I finally came to this place that has been recommended to be multiple times and now I understand. The sushi was incredible and SO fresh. It was pricy but so worth it. Best $11 for two pieces of albacore belly I have ever spent!

Delicious sushi and great service! We’ve tried all rolls from their NO RICE menu, and it was to die for! Sashimi were very fresh and tender. I highly recommend their signature no rice Doja Roll - the combination of flavors is incredible! Parking on Friday was a little busy, but there are a lot of options: they have a big lot in front, there are plenty of meters on the street. We did not make a reservation, so had to wait for 10 minutes to be seated.

My fav sushi spot in this area. Friendly, cool and accommodating staff, and solid/tastey sushi. I love their soft shell crab, brussel sprouts, and mexican roll, to name a few. My husband and I eat here at least once a week. Thank you, Dojo ❤️

The absolute best sushi on Ventura Blvd. This is the spot. Orange salmon sashimi and the Lemon Tuna roll are two of the best. We had the Hamachi Taco tonight and it was fun!

We went here last night and had an amazing experience! The chefs and staff were all super friendly, despite the fact that we arrived 30 minutes before closing time. This may have been the fastest sushi service we've ever experienced, and everything was still really fresh and delicious. Highly recommend, and we will be back!

I’ve been coming to this sushi place since they first opened about 12 years ago, and I’ve never been disappointed. The sushi is always fresh and amazing, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the service is always excellent. You can also tell the owner truly cares about the business he’s often there making sure everything is perfect. Highly recommend this place if you want fresh sushi and great service!
